The Future- Read At Own Risk

Just by writing this, I may have altered the future. But I will explain in as much detail as I can the current path we are all on.

On October 26th of this year, a European country (I think the UK) will default on its debt. This country’s collapse will send shockwaves around the globe. America is on pins and needles. The talk is “if it can happen there in _______, it could happen here too.”

Over the next week, nothing overly drastic takes place in America, other than a huge decrease in business activity and consumer spending. This is not just due to the deteriorating financial conditions, but also due to the recent explosion of swine flu cases that have crippled much of the workforce (30-40%) as employees are forced to stay home or care for their sick children.

The situation is similar, but worse in Mexico. With its economy on the verge of collapse already, Mexico is hit very hard by the swine flu and it is hanging off a cliff, financially speaking. On November 5th, Mexico completely collapses and is engulfed in utter chaos. As America watches in horror, the chatter is “Thank God that wasn’t us.”

But the very next day, there is a massive bank run in which billions are withdrawn from US banks every hour. This is the beginning of the real economic meltdown and sends the USA (and therefore the rest of the world) into a financial death-spiral that will result in the most chaotic 6-months the nation (and all other developed nations) has ever witnessed. There will be famine. There will be martial law to some degree (although not very effective because the revolution from the side of the US citizens is too strong, plus much of the US military is on the side of the public). And unfortunately, there will be disasters (much of which is man-made, of course, like mass burning buildings etc., but also natural ones.)

By late spring/early summer of 2010, the USA and the entire world WILL come out of the crisis, but things are NEVER the same as they were before. Here is where it all depends on your perspective. If you are one who loves luxuries and the easy life, you will hate the following decades. If you are one who thrives on adventure and surviving with what little you have, you may very enjoy it. There will be many opportunities for those who are aware and can think for themselves. Those with trade skills will be very well off. With that said, PREPARE!!!
