One of the biggest kept secrets regarding the events transpiring, are the unmitigated powers the WHO (World Health Organisation) assumes under a pandemic conditions. The day after these charges were filed in France against Health Minister Rosyelne Bachelot for her role in preparing in secret to force the people of France to take a dangerous and untested vaccine for the profit of pharmaceutical companies and allied organisations, such as WHO, Bachelot announced the "start of a pandemic in metropolitan France" without giving any scientific data to back up her claim.
Finnish Rollout
Finland has announced that it will start giving pregnant women, children, the sick and elderly the swine flu jab from October even though clinical trials on the vaccine have systematically excluded these very groups, focussing on healthy adults and women who are not pregnant instead and even though medical experts from around the world have, in the meantime, warned of the dangers of using untested adjuvants
German Rollout
It was announce that the first swine flu jabs are to be given to Germans around the middle of October, as secretary of state for health Klaus Schröder said at a meeting of the G-7 and Mexico in Brussels.
Of especial significance is that vaccine manufacturers, Baxter and Novartis, had their executives participate in the vaccine advisory group that recommended mandatory vaccines across the world to WHO in July, 2009 which is a clear conflict of interest. Despite setbacks, the charges filed against Baxter in Austria still remain under investigation, despite newly installed gatekeepers.

A Synopsis
Although there have been several mainstream articles on the matter of the contamination of the standard H3N2 vaccine materials with H5N1 Birdflu which occurred in Eastern Europe the first week of Feb, 2009 (Toronto Sun, Bloomberg, Promed, Times of India) none of these news oganisations have since referred to the criminal charges filed against Baxter in Vienna in April, 2009.

Office for Protecting the Constitution and Fighting Terrorism - Filed at their regional office in Vienna.
The police initiated an investigation after charges were filed on April 8th.
Since then Alois Stoger, Austrian Health Minister helped cover up the incident, as he himself was forced to reveal in parliamentary answers on May 20th, 2009. He explained that he sent vets to look at Baxter’s lab – vets who quickly decided business could resume as usual. This was not a veterinary-related incident, since employees at the Baxter sister lab in Vienna, underwent testing for any possible contamination of the H5N1 Bird Flu strain. This is where Jane Burgermeister began her own investigation. The original story (about possible contamination lab personnel) was covered in a local newspaper that she was alerted about by a neighbour.
Additionally Austria's State prosecutor, Harald Eisenmenger, has failed to alert the Austrian public of the situation as he should have and failed to launch an investigation into Baxter’s activities, and appears to have permitted Baxter to file charges against itself as a ploy to circumvent an investigation. - A simple legal maneuver.
Since that time...
Werner Autericky - Head of Vienna's Office For the Protection of the Constitution and for Fighting Terrorism was forced to resign as of Sept 3, under ‘pressure’. It was his team considered the evidence valid and summoned Burgermeister for an extended deposition – a month and a half ago. As Burgermeister explains - others have been replaced as well.
