Poetry Only Thread
Quote

If time was one and one was four
Then space is flat without a door

If time was two and two was eight
Then space is inches from the gate

If time is static then divide by two
If time is dynamic then three would rule

If time was three and three were one
Then time would sparkle like the sun

If time was hot and space was cool
Then silence would confound the fool

I chase infinity.

Space and time of white a blue
a fractal provision for me and you

A glowing orb a sea of glass
and backward curves a spining vax

Within the eye is still and rest
and cutting blades its boarder nest

Whether a gental breeze or roaring wind
will tell the dweller if he has sinned

But if we can solve the blakened box
its wisdom unseals all the locks

For Jachin and Boaz will take you there
regardless of victory or dispare

For both of them are the self same thing
each of them a separate wing

And so in likeness we have two ears

Hello there AZ! It's nice to see you my friend! The Poet that touches my soul :)

Established strength we found on high
Perception gained that will defy

Enigmatic fates soon revealed
Cases plead and oft repealed

One by one the first ones come
Then the rest in all the sum

Time unchanged as was it told
A fire so hot a ice so cold

There are the two equinoxes (March 21;Sept 22), and the two solstices(June 21; Dec 21).

There are also four "cross-quarter" days: giving eight "main" days each year.

A cross-quarter day is a day falling approximately halfway between a solstice and an equinox.

The calender always begins on March 21, making it day one of the eight.

February 2nd is the eighth day.

Crow Falling

September bad moon rising,
October bad moon falling.
Sun can brighten,
Stars can frighten.
Crow landing, Crow flying.

September bad moon rising,
October bad moon falling.
Earth can rumble,
Rocks can tumble.
Crow flying, Crow falling.

September bad moon rising,
October bad moon falling.
The heavens are roaring,
Condor and Eagle soaring.
Crow falling, Crow flying.

It is a strange game we play
You and I, always searching
for the right words to say.

I will completely trust you,
If you completely trust me,
No matter what we wish to do.

Each moment we share is a jewel
To be cherished as a treasure,
Unless one of us chooses to be cruel.

Everyday we practice the dance
In an attempt to reach perfection,
Until we realize there is no chance.

I dream of excitement and passion,
You dream of being debt free
While still dressing in fashion.

All in all the dream remains alive
As we live our lives with a smile,
Reaching out we continue to strive.

Since the days now go by so very fast
And reveal a distant view of the end
We may choose to revere the past.

Five minutes means nothing so go ahead
Please do what you want that's okay,
I love You, You Love me nothing is dead.

We are everlasting and unlimited, unbound from the frailty of this dominion.

Release yourself from desire, Free yourself of greed.

Then will you find your mind prepared to continue the journey you were meant to take.

Contentment is a state devoid of fear, a place of peace, a mirror of reflection to see the truth.

Collect the memories of all that you are, then study them well to see the path upon which you travel.

Contemplate the direction on which your journey takes you.

If you derive calm contentment then you have done well.
