Re: Poetry Only ThreadQuote

It is a strange game we play
You and I, always searching
for the right words to say.

I will completely trust you,
If you completely trust me,
No matter what we wish to do.

Each moment we share is a jewel
To be cherished as a treasure,
Unless one of us chooses to be cruel.

Everyday we practice the dance
In an attempt to reach perfection,
Until we realize there is no chance.

I dream of excitement and passion,
You dream of being debt free
While still dressing in fashion.

All in all the dream remains alive
As we live our lives with a smile,
Reaching out we continue to strive.

Since the days now go by so very fast
And reveal a distant view of the end
We may choose to revere the past.

Five minutes means nothing so go ahead
Please do what you want that's okay,
I love You, You Love me nothing is dead.

Crow Falling

September bad moon rising,
October bad moon falling.
Sun can brighten,
Stars can frighten.
Crow landing, Crow flying.

September bad moon rising,
October bad moon falling.
Earth can rumble,
Rocks can tumble.
Crow flying, Crow falling.

September bad moon rising,
October bad moon falling.
The heavens are roaring,
Condor and Eagle soaring.
Crow falling, Crow flying.

Cool, kinda Beatnik, where everyone was buzzed on something and had no idea what any of it meant but never said anything because it wouldn't be cool. Although, I think I do get what you mean, it applies to now and soon. Was the crow Obama? Hey, I'm just not sure that's all.

"found dead on the floor"

The darkness falls yet hears no weeping,
For all are sleeping in their delusions.
Lucid dreams abound behind realities door,
Desparately seeking to stop the intrusions
before our timid hopes are found dead on the floor.

Create the illusions of your own desire
And sell them for truth if you so dare.
Realize the power that you leave unwielded
Before blindness overtakes the will to care
And seizes your inner light leaving you unshielded.

If you allow yourself to fall as a victim
Overtaken in a life of whimpering disgrace,
Then you are worthy of all that will crumble
And turn to dust as you hide your shamed face.
For you in example will lead many more to stumble.

Arm your spirit now against the storms,
For adversity waits patiently for its time.
The treasures of success are within your reach
If you will only seek to endeavor in the climb
to reach the summit of self awareness... I beseech.

We are everlasting and unlimited, unbound from the frailty of this dominion.

Release yourself from desire, Free yourself of greed.

Then will you find your mind prepared to continue the journey you were meant to take.

Contentment is a state devoid of fear, a place of peace, a mirror of reflection to see the truth.

Collect the memories of all that you are, then study them well to see the path upon which you travel.

Contemplate the direction on which your journey takes you.

If you derive calm contentment then you have done well.

Endure

Simple words cannot explain
When sadness pours like rain
No melody or meaningful refrain
Just a cold miserable pain.

Darkness against a streetlamps light
Attacks like fog in a mysterious fight
Seeking to render a indefensible plight
slowly, silently stealing soulful sight.

Can you imagine such a dreadful thing
To strike the bell and hear no ring
To wish for flight and find no wing
Or dream of song and be unable to sing.

Cling to the hope of the rising sun
Entreating the mist to fade and run
With faith disarm depressions gun
Love shall endure til the battle is won.

" LOVE "

A whisper of faith is the breath of Spring
That can chase away Winters sting.
To stand fast in believing
In the face of all that is decieving,
That is the hope of LOVE.

A smile brought to a saddened face,
Like turning cotton into satin and lace,
To give all you have when there is need,
Even if it means you heart must bleed,
That is the strength of LOVE

A caressing touch and tender kiss
Can begin the journey to passions' bliss.
To lose all sense of time,
As two lovers find that their bodies rhyme,
That is the beauty of LOVE.

Two golden coins wrapped in the silk of togetherness
That become more with time not less.
To become richer when the other is near,
But only when you can part and feel no fear,
That is the Worth of LOVE.

Something to share as the years go by,
The smiles and tears and precious moments that quickly fly.
To stand by each other when nothing seems right,
Walking side by side in search of understanding and light,
That is the reason for LOVE.

Without faith there is no hope of LOVE.
Without a smile there is no strength in LOVE.
Without touching there is no beauty in LOVE.
Without togetherness there is no worth in LOVE.
Without sharing there is no reason to LOVE.

Michelle Obama farts in an elevator
Wafting and Wafting, the odor crushes you
like an Acorn enforcer

No one says anything , No one looks at her scowled face.

Michelle Obama farts again in an elevator
Wafting Wafting , Choking the life out of the occupants

No one says anything, Not a Mutha F...kin' thang, Holmes!

Michelle Obama farts again in an elevator
Wafting Wafting through the elevator
Everyone looks at Michelle, Michelle looks at them
The scowl wins, The scowl wins,

No one says anything, Not a damn thing,

They are all Acorns on the elevator
They are all Nuts for Obama on the elevator
And the nuts don't ever stray far from the Nut Tree
or his bitch, you dig?

No one says anything, Not a thing, you dig?

The Fringe Media gets on the elevator, the odor lingers, and lingers as they go up on the elevator

The Fringe Media gets off the elevator and reports their encounter with Michelle
The headline is: "Michelle Obama, what a sweet smelling woman! We must find out what trend setting cologne she wears!

And the media is spinning and the media is spinning for the Obamas...no matter how much it stinks, no matter how much it stinks.

No one says anything......

( Unless two white kids show up with a hidden camera and a microphone. Then the nuts just talk and keep talking, until they are totally screwed.)

And then with a tremble and all that was barren
Suddenly appeared the Flower of Sharon

I sit and read the posts on GLP
The 12-foot reptoids and the calls of doom
Barack the Traitor, trampling on the free
Who see the FEMA camps from in their room.

The Jews are everywhere with evil plan
They plot against us; strike from every flank.
Tomorrow night they’re blowing up Iran
Next week they’re going to nationalize the bank.

They poison us with chemtrails and with HAARP
It seems that Mama’s basement’s where it’s at!!
Ain’t my tinfoil beanie looking sharp?
Tell me, does this gas mask make me … fat?

I find mostly that one persons thoughts can resonate with those that find themselves at a similar time and space as when the person penned the words.

The meaning of the following sits just behind a sheer curtain for my conscience......almost profound.

If time was one and one was four (one cannot be four)
Then space is flat without a door

If time was two and two was eight (two cannot be eight)
Then space is inches from the gate

If time is static then divide by two (time is not static)
If time is dynamic then three would rule (so three rules)

If time was three and three were one
Then time would sparkle like the sun

If time was hot and space was cool
Then silence would confound the fool

Here lies the atheist Uncle Joe.

He said there's no heaven

and that there's no hell.

I'll bet that right now,

he really is wishing that that where so.
Zec 12:3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.

Psa 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, [and] all the nations that forget God.

STOCK UP NOW. You should have at least 6 months worth of basics for every member of your household. Stay away from crowds when trouble starts, do not forget water storage, tobaccos worth more than gold or silver, and be kind to hungry children.

A love letter.

Hello my darling,

Fall is soon to meet me again and its melancholy soon to set in. You know how I get this time of year. Though it was always sweetly tolerable when you were here. Those quite moments and the glow of the candle light were always cherished though now I can only hold on to the memories. Winter will set in soon and you know how bitter they can be and I wonder sometimes what the distance may do. Much time has passed since you left but I know that duty is a sacred anguish that tares the soul for a time. And each passing year runs by like a river that doesnt change its course. To count the drops would destroy me so I press on and lose myself behind a facade till the evening comes and I can sleep. It seems these days sleep is the only freedom I know. The battle is stiring again my love but now I face it alone. And though you would have me to be brave and faithful my eyes are telling me that once again I must hide. Sometimes I wake up in silent despair as I see the troubles ahead. How deeply terrifying they are. All I can do is remember the last thing you told me before you left and hold on to those moments when I feel you near me to encourage me with your tenderness and smile. For I am certian all would be lost without it.

Please tell Father hi for me. And although in our grettings he tends to push me off a cliff I also know that that mountain is a dreadfully profound thing.

For now my darling I say farewell and may the ring I gave you bring every wonderful vision of you and I in remembrance.
