Here's today's newsletter from Jon Rappoport. I feel really sorry for any girls or their families who died or were damaged as a result of this wretched Gardasil vaccine. No one really knows how many people have been harmed this way, the records kept are sketchy. Will they be tracking reactions to the swine flu vaccine in this inadequate way?

THE CANCER VACCINE

You’ve all seen the TV ads for Gardasil, the vaccine given to young girls that is supposed to protect them from cervical cancer. The actresses in the ads are imparting the impression that they’re smart, independent, and are choosing the right course of action by taking the vaccine. As if any of them know what they’re talking about.
In the three years since this Merck vaccine was fast-tracked through FDA approval (six months of testing instead of three to five years), 24 million doses have been administered. 13,758 adverse-event reports have been made. These reports are voluntary. According to many observers, the rule of thumb is: for every report of a serious side effect, there are ten to 100 reports that aren’t submitted.
Therefore, it’s quite possible that the vaccine, which contains aluminum, a toxic metal, has caused between 137,000 and 1.3 million side effects.
A Flesh and Stone online article, “FDA records link 28 deaths in 2008 to the Gardasil vaccine” (July 26, 2009), describes a few of these effects that were gleaned from government data, secured through a Freedom of Information request by Judicial Watch:
• "After receiving her second dose of GARDASIL … she could crawl but … needed to use crutches or a wheel chair ... She was experience [ing] problems breathing and had ‘super migraines' that never went away … She had swelling in her face, jaw and wrists. The patient was diagnosed with GUILLAIN-BARRE syndrome, myelin sheath degeneration and peripheral neuropathy. Patient was hospitalized twice … patient has not recovered from symptoms." (ID: 318052)
A 19-year-old girl with no medical history immediately experienced side effects after receiving the Gardasil vaccine. Within eleven days her symptoms included "Aggression, Arthralgia, Complex partial seizures, Confusional state, Convulsion, Crying, Dizziness, Epilepsy, Fatigue, Feeling abnormal, Grand mal convulsion, Immediate post-injection reaction, Irritability, Myalgia, Nausea, Pain, Postictal state, Somnolence, Syncope, Tremor, and Unresponsive to stimuli." "Two weeks after the third dose, the patient developed a complication. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance but passed away during the transport from an unknown cause…Upon arrival in ER unresponsive, pupils fixed and dilated, no cardiac activity. Resuscitation unsuccessful and patient expired." (ID: 314769)
The Flesh and Stone article states, “Of the total 47 reported deaths [since 2006], 41 occurred within a month of receiving the vaccine…The deaths included several girls ages 11 and 12 who had no existing medical conditions prior to receiving the vaccine. In some cases, the girls died within three days of receiving one shot of the vaccine. Others died following their third Gardasil injection. Several died in their sleep.”
Nevertheless, the FDA and the CDC state they are monitoring the effects of the vaccine and are confident that it is safe and effective.
On the watchdog National Vaccine Information Center website, author Barbara Loe Fisher (“Vaccine Awakening”) writes: “On August 19, the Journal of the American Medical Association published two important articles… [which] asked for more scientific evidence that universal HPV [Gardasil] vaccination is necessary, safe and effective…In the third article, written by government health officials, it was revealed that 1 in every 1,855 Gardasil shots is followed by a bad health outcome report to the government’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System.
”These bad health outcomes reported after Gardasil shots include lots of girls suddenly passing out and having seizures within minutes or hours of getting vaccinated and suffering head injuries and broken bones when they hit the floor. In fact, there is a larger than expected rate of girls passing out after getting Gardasil vaccine.
”Back in 2007, the National Vaccine Information Center warned that many girls given Gardasil shots were losing consciousness within minutes or hours. Some girls have left doctors offices and fallen unconscious while driving and had car accidents. This brings up the little known fact that four girls who got Gardasil in Merck’s pre-licensure clinical trials died in car accidents. How many of those girls suddenly collapsed while driving?
”What else did the recently published government study on Gardasil reveal? Well, we now know that there is a greater than expected rate of reported blood clots in girls who get the vaccine. Some blood clots can lead to pulmonary embolism or stroke, which means the blood clot ends up in the lung or in the brain. In fact four girls have died after they developed a blood clot that traveled to the lung after Gardasil vaccination.
”…But the most shocking fact in this study is that, although nearly 70 percent of all Gardasil reaction reports were filed by Merck [the vaccine’s manufacturer], a whopping 89 percent of the reports Merck did file were so incomplete there was not enough information for health officials to do a proper follow-up and review of what happened to the girls who fell unconscious or had convulsions, developed blood clots or inflammation of the brain and nerves, including Guillain Barre syndrome that causes paralysis, or those who suddenly developed serious autoimmune disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and more.
”…FDA and CDC officials admit that there is underreporting of vaccine-related bad health outcomes. In fact, some studies say that less than 10 percent or even less than 1 percent of serious vaccine adverse events are ever reported.
”…But health officials are quick to downplay the significance of this. They tell us not to worry because the closed government databases, which the CDC operates with vaccine manufacturers and HMO’s they pay to participate in them, can be relied upon to reassure us that all those seizures and blood clots and cases of brain inflammation, paralysis, lupus and deaths in girls who get Gardasil shots are really – mostly - just a coincidence.
”In 2005, the National Vaccine Information Center and other parent groups called on the CDC and FDA to open up those closed government vaccine monitoring databases to public scrutiny.
So far, most of that vaccine reaction data is still hidden from public view so it can’t be independently verified.”
I point all this out, because the upcoming Swine Flu vaccine will be highly touted, and all sorts of official declarations will made, at the time of its release, about its safety.
In the case of the Swine Flu vaccine, a mere few months of testing will be deemed sufficient to warrant FDA approval. And we can expect the adverse effects of the vaccine to be hidden in those government databases.
