U.S. Navy is the only military command that still uses that classic woodland pattern,and the other pattern (multicam) has been used by most special ops units(army USAF pararescue SEALs etc.).My guess Is that these guys are probably FBI hrt,or some other federal law enforcement group.If they are in fact military they are not you're everyday national gaurdsmen,they'd just be wearing the new ACU's.
