I prefer practice.


however some are not aware they are taking your energy to feel better which return you become ill. There is no harm in protecting ones own energy while helping others.


When You do connect to the Inner source,
there is an endless amount of Energy.

You can't be drained down.

Shielding does work on both sides.

It is as a home who needs to have fresh air.
When You close the door,
the fresh air does not get in, neither out.

I mostly agree with you.
I managed doing it your way for almost 25 years.
But while I had to protect our children my vampire hubby learned how to tap into my connection to inner source and with his most innocent smile took it for himself.
End of the story, he began to kind of drain himself and so to save us all I had to leave him.
