I think to be affected by karma one needs a conscience to learn with. These folks have none so what would be the use ?

If you live without conscience while on earth and try to have it all in a self designed heaven you get whalloped after you die with intense hellish states, conversely if you take your karma while on earth as lessons earned and hold on the afterlife has pleasant places for you. The energies balance themselves until equipoise is realized.

The devil rewards them with their earthly things that matter to them, but when the time comes they will reap their rewards in afterlife and it will not be good. It is always good when a person gets back what they give out here on earth, a good sign that there is hope for them. If they never seem to get anything bad that they give out, it is definately a bad sign for them. Evil to the core. There is a word for it, but forgot what it was called, starts with a C though..but like an empty pot, no conscious, no remorse, no hope.
