Swine flu may just be the EXCUSE for why military are posted everywhere...backdoor martial law.

People would be alarmed if military started showing up everywhere without any good excuse, BUT if people are made aware that "military may be monitoring and helping FEMA with swine flu preps....yada yada" this may be a way to "sneak in martial law measures" without the public becoming alarmed about martial law....

"Why is the military in my city?..."

"Surely you realize that they are here at the request of the Governor concerning the swine flu...don't worry.."
