Whenever I see something promised for 2013, I always think about the Mayan calendar ending in 2012, with the world as we know it supposedly ending.

When politicians promise something will happen "in 2013", it's probably just a nicer sounding way for them to say "when hell freezes over".

I'm sure Obama secretly chuckles at all the fools who think they're going to get free healthcare!
