The U.N. is always trying to usurp the U.S. sovereignty.

Better make sure Obama doesn't sign the Law of the Sea Treaty (L.O.S.T.). No more access to the original common law republic. She'll be under maritme admiralty permanent dictatorship martial law status as it has been since the U.S. civil war giving the gov't extraordinary powers.

Just wondering if you Obamabots realize the danger in this. So not only is Obama president of the U.S.corp. but also now techincally prez of the world. (The U.N. security council controls nato).

Obama is commander & chief of the U.S. military & NATO (U.N.).

This is biblical in ramafications!

I have no idea why he did that. Just can't get enough power it seems. Normally our Ambassador to the UN holds that position.

And I saw where Hillary was sitting in yesterday. That is not normal, either.

He won't sign us over until he is certain there is nothing else he can squeeze out of us. That likely includes our vital organs, too.

you ask a good question, and it probably is a conflict; but does anyone seem to care? Obama seems to be able to do anything since being elected as prez..

It is illegal for a sitting president to hold a foreign office. That would probably be due to a conflict of interest.

But in BO's case, he is neither a legitimate president (not a US-born citizen), and holding citizenship in a foreign country (Indonesia), so holding U.N. position should be no legal problem.

Secondly, he does not have the interests of the U.S. at heart anyway so there is no conflict of interest!

I don't know what your problem is.

US Constitution

Art II Section 1

The President shall, at stated Times, receive for his Services, a Compensation, which shall neither be increased nor diminished during the Period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that Period any other Emolument from the United States, or any of them.

Emolument = payment (salary)

OP-
The U.N. is always trying to usurp the U.S. sovereignty.

If Obama is party to the usurp US sovereignty - He commits Treason

Any Treaty that stands against the Constitution - the Constitution stands first

It's not permanent, the security council presidency is passed from one nation to another on a rota basis
