Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal tax form all guns that you have or own. It will require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun.

This bill was introduced on Feb.. 24, 2009, by the Omama staff. BUT . . this bill will only become public knowledge 30 days after the new law becomes effective! This is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act o f 1986. This means that the Finance Committee has passed this without the Senate voting on it at all.

Obama's Congress is now starting on the firearms confiscation bill. If it passes, gun owners will become criminals if you don't fully comply.

Very Important for you to be aware of a new bill HR 45 introduced into the House. This is the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Ac t of 2009.

Even gun shop owners didn't know about this because the government is trying to fly it under the radar as a 'minor' IRS revision, and, as usuual, the 'political' lawmakers did not read this bill before signing and approving it !

Basically this would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:
It is registered -
You are fingerprinted -
You supply a current Driver's License -
You supply your Social Security # -
You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing
Each update -
change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25 - Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail. -
There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18. -
They would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison.If you think this is a joke - go to the website and take your pick of many opt ions to read this. This is just a "termite" approach to complete confiscation of guns and disarming of our society to the point we have no defense - chip away a little here and there until the goal is accomplished before anyone realizes it.

A LITTLE GUN HISTORY
In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control.. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

It has now been 12 months since gun owners in Australia were forced by new law to surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by their own Government, a program costing Australia taxpayers more than $500 million dollars. The first year results are now in:
List of 7 items:
Australia-wide, homicides are up 3.2 percent.
Australia-wide, assaults are up 8.6 percent.
Australia-wide, armed robberies are up 44 percent (yes, 44 percent)!
In the state of Victoria alone, homicides with firearms are now up 300 percent. Note that while the law-abiding citizens turned them in, the criminals did not, and criminals still possess their guns!
While figures over the previous 25 years showed a steady decrease in armed robbery with firearms, this has changed drastically upward in the past 12 months, since criminals now are guaranteed that their prey is unarmed.
There has also been a dramatic increase in break-ins and assaults of the ELDERLY. Australian politicians are at a loss to explain how public safety has decreased, after such monumental effort, and expense was expended in successfully ridding Australian society of guns. The Australian experience and the other historical facts above prove it.
You won't see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information.
Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens

The next time someone talks in favor of gun control, please remind them of this history lesson.

If you are against guns for law abiding citizens you are an idiot!
Law enforcement agents tell me that you can buy and illegal gun of any size and ammo in every major city in the world within 30 minutes. That means every criminal can get one to rob you, kidnap and rape your daughter or wife and kill you to leave no witnesses. Like in Germany today the county that has thanks to Adolf Hitler the strongest anti gun laws in the world, Russian and Yugoslavian gangs just break into houses at daytime when the owners are at home, use guns to overwhelm them, rape for hours all women in children in the house and torture and kill them after they are done. And that is not hypothetical that is a daily reality in Europe today.
What about the crack cocaine user that cannot even be stopped by 3 grown men that harms and kills because he is out of control how do you stop him without a gun? Do you have any idea how many people would just break into houses any time of the day to rob you and steel everything they want if they would be sure you don’t have a gun in your house but they have one? Facts show that these kind of crimes are the lowest in places where it is simple and easy for law abiding citizens to own and carry their guns. The only reason the government criminals want the guns out of your hands is the same reason that Stalin, Hitler and Mussolini had to totally control and own the citizens!
There is no legitimist reason to restrict any kind of guns for law abiding citizens except to ensure dictatorship. Since it seems to be hard to completely throw out the constitution I just read that Obama is working on a law to make the possession of ammunition somehow illegal.
So if you are against the right to own guns and to carry them ( loaded of course ) please doesn’t even write me – I do not want to deal with you. How can anybody be so brain dead to cry for stronger gun laws after every shooting? They criminals would have guns not matter what. Are you also crying for butter or bread knife control because some wife stepped her husband with a knife or are you against cars on the street because people get killed by cars? And how many more get killed by cars and knifes and poison etc then guns? If your are on a power trip and want to tell other people what to do – got out there and make them restrict pharmaceutical drugs and you would really safe life’s. One of my best friend was in the restaurant business and victim of mafia blackmail and he could not protect himself because there is no legal way in Germany to get a gun – so he got killed after month of living in fear. See where I am coming from? Free people have the right to own and carry guns to protect themselves and their loved ones and any kind of restriction is in my understanding of the constitution illegal! And should be void. Illegal laws against the supreme law of the land should be automatically void. If you don’t believe you need a gun do this: rent or buy a house that is totally alone in the middle of the woods or as you say in the middle of nowhere. Bring all you cash, jewelry and valuables and put it into the house and put some newspaper articles and radio and TV ads in showing all you got in your house and also tell them to publish that you are completely against guns and that you don’t have any weapon in that house or otherwise and wait for a while! Then tell me if you think you should have a gun to protect yourself, your family and your possessions. The government that plans a dictatorial take over, over all citizens is the only one that has an interest in gun control and taking the guns out of law abiding citizen’s hands. The founding fathers knew that! That is why we have the constitution!
