It's not their beliefs that are annoying. I enjoy people who believe. I find people without faith hard to deal with. I get the perception that these religious posters are not new to the faith.

To me religious preoccupation is a mistake to be made by people who are new to faith. I went through that stage when I was 20. I thought I couldn't listen to secular music. Now as a Christian, right now I am listening to Audioslave.

There was a stage when I thought I had to do the Jesus speak, and talk about Jesus all day long, versus a sport that I love, like kayaking, sailing, or music that I enjoy.

I agree with you, but I promote love up front without the hell and damnation part. Then I share this:::>
Psalms 37:20 "But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the Lord (I know who the enemy of God is)shall be as the fat of lambs: They shall consume: into smoke shall they consume away."
People are not going to fry like a piece of bacon for ever and ever. They will be gone, like a puff of smoke is going disappearing. And the memories of the wicked will be wiped from our minds. For an example: Uncle Ted who did not make it, will be out of our minds and we will not have that memory of him any more. Just like God took our memory of heaven from us today, so shall the memory of those that are lost will be gone. Yes, we shall see them all leave, but no tears in heave, no sorrow.

In the book of Ezekiel chapter 8 the names of the folks there have a huge hidden meaning.
For an example; the name Jaazaniah means "God talked to me today" but he is a liar.
Shaphan means "rabbit and coona or coonee which is again rabbit.."
Then when you get to verse 14 you see the name Tammuz, many here will see that name in other books also. She is the fertility queen, and I see you posted it as "Timuz". Quite interesting, hey?
Chapter 8 is the corruption of the church, and it was long before the Catholic's got a hold of things.
What is real interesting is this.. The next chapter you see God telling the angels to "seal" all those that did not worship Istar. Eze.9:4.... Many will have a problem with verse 6 because of the killings there by the angels.
But they fail to fully understand it, so lots of people will point and say "See God is evil".
What is really interesting is that there is another sealing that is taking place right now in the world. Although it will take longer to do that sealing, but it is happening. Most don't even see it going on.

I spelled it wrong. I am traveling and do not have all my reference with me. You are corret, it is TAMMUZ. That is the name of the child from the union of Nimrod and Simeramis. He is said to have been the husband of Ishtar.
According to his mother Semiramis, he was in fact GOD and she forced all of Babylon to worship Her and Him thus began the MOTHER/SON worship.

Wow, what a story! Thanks for sharing that. I, too, used to go to an AOG church for many years. All the churches have been infiltrated by wolves in sheep's clothing. The tables are full of vomit, and there is no place clean. Which is why I no longer go to church.

I have read Hosea 6. Many times actually. Judgment is there as well. IT is in fact Israel's reply to God's admonishment of them.

Verse 6 that you quoted speaks to FORM and RITUALS. Samuel said the same thing. When FORMALITY takes the place of TRUTH there is a problem.

For an example: Uncle Ted who did not make it, will be out of our minds and we will not have that memory of him any more. Just like God took our memory of heaven from us today, so shall the memory of those that are lost will be gone. Yes, we shall see them all leave, but no tears in heave, no sorrow.

MESSENGER, what a great letter you wrote calling for repentance! That really moved me. Yes, I agree, we do need repentance and a great revival in America. It's not easy being the messenger of something people don't want to hear, is it? MAJOR, every city I've lived in, I have tried and tried to go to churches. Trust me, I tried it, and every church I've been to I have noticed Satanic infiltrators in the body of Christ, ON THE PULPIT AREA, and a complete ineptitude of spiritual truth. No thank you. I will not be taught "vomit" or "baby milk" when I can learn from the Holy Spirit myself some real truth and real life. I take the "heat" from my family, too, for not going, but as I told them, I do not feel any guilt from not going, and I feel it's what the Lord has told me to do right now at this moment in time. It won't be this way forever, but for right now, that's where I'm at.
