Would You Date a 32nd Degree Mason?
I dated this man a few times.
Then last night he shared with me that he was a 32nd degree Mason.
It kind of freaked me out.
He did confirm that there are secrete hand signals they use in court to let the Judge know they are Masons

Re: Would You Date a 32nd Degree Mason?
My dad was a freemason. My mother never liked it. She said it was my dad's and uncle's 'religion' and she didn't think it was Christian. My aunt was an Eastern Star which is a female mason and she was Baptist. There are also organizations for kids (Job's Daughters and DeMolay.) I always thought being a mason was harmless-just a men's club of guys who stick together and do business with each other, fix tickets for each other, that sort of thing. Now I'm not so sure from things I've read.
They also do charity work. The Shriners are a part of the masons and they have free hospitals for children. I know this guy who became a Shriner after his baby got free surgery from the Shriners that he couldn't afford.
A lot of masons don't seem to know all the secrets the higher up guys know. I didn't find out until later some of the rituals they do, which sound pagan to me. I don't know why someone would join an organization where they don't tell you what their secrets are until you have joined and sworn not to tell.
I always got the impression they are anti-Catholic. DeMolay (the name of the masonic organization for boys) is the name of a Templar Knight who was boiled in oil when the Pope decided to break up the Templar Knights for being heretics and doing evil things (still, boiled in oil?-but that was in the Dark Ages, still...)
On the other hand, maybe they were into doing evil(?)
So if they named their boy's organization after a man who the Pope had tortured for being a heretic, then it's probably safe to say they are anti-Catholic. I know Catholics aren't allowed to join, but then they have the Knights of Columbus, their own organization. Anyway, I think it's an anti-Catholic organization and they also do pagan rituals and believe that Lucifer (the fallen angel before he became the devil) is a light bearer. Whatever that means. Sounds creepy to me.

Re: Would You Date a 32nd Degree Mason?
Demolay wasn't boiled in oil by the pope. it was the king of france for the reason that the templars had got too rich. the king didn't want anyone that could threaten his power and that is what the templars had. so the king of france issued a decree stating on october 13, 1307 , a friday that all templars were to be executed. it wasn't until 1312 that demolay was captured and put to death by the king. this is where we get friday the 13th as being such a bad day.

My grandfather was into some strange groups, and I know his cousin was a high-degree mason. He hung himself in a warehouse in 1966. Grandfather found him hanging from the rafters.

We never knew why he did it. Bad days.

You are mistaken. Special hand signals, a special walk, a special hand shake, their verbiage, their masonic ring, etc. are all ways in which they communicate to each other that they are masons.

And, the higher the degree they are, the more convoluted some of the signals become. It gives them a gauge to measure the depth of occultic illumination of the other fellow traveler they are communicating with.

Wow. My family history is a lot like yours. My father is a mason (he even wears the ring with the G on it)and my (great) aunt was an Eastern star. My father was always trying to get me to joint Eastern star but I never wanted to because, quite frankly, the whole thing creeped me out, too.

I did a lot of research on it when I was young because my father was always so secretive and weird about things when I asked him any questions about this organization. I do not talk to him about it today because, real frankly, it frightens me.

I do not think my father got really high up in it but he wears the Masonic ring all the time.

If a man wears the Masonic ring all the time, does that mean they are higher up than usual? or is there no significance to this than to say "hey, here I am".???

Actually, it is probably a very good thing. You can see what happens when one religion gets to be too much a part of society by looking at Islam. They are are about the point where Christianity was 600 years ago, when all you had to do was shout "blasphemy" and all sorts of nastiness happened.

Modern Freemasonry is very much a product of the enlightenment, when people started to entertain ideas above the primitive religion only based ideas that are promulgated by churches.

Hopefully all this superstition will eventually disappear from the earth, but for the time being we have to put up with Christianity, Islam and Judaism.

NO
I would never date anyone who is a member of a secret society.

My father was a mason all his adult life. What I remember of living with this is that he would often act secretive and weird about things. As a kid, this made me feel very uncommfortable. I would never live with a man today who is so secretive. I like nice, open people; "what you see is what you get; kind of people who are open and honest about life.
From my youth, this kind of secrecy breeds inbalance in ones life and would never consider putting/adding it to my adult life.

The knights work for "christiandom" in any way possible, which they believe is the Catholic Holy Roman Empire.

That is the wicked NWO subverting constitutions fomenting Marxist revolution!

They bring in often non Catholics. However, in South America, Mexico and Europe they take in Atheist, who are often former Catholics.

i want to learn their secrets that is one aspect of my motivation to join. but the reality is that i simply must find a way to start generating income or i will soon be homeless. not to mention i will soon have to begin supporting my mom.. that can't just happen on its own so i got to get a job somehow. i mean right now i have $6.74 in my checking account and i owe somebody $8000. i dont have a car or job so my future is pretty uncertain at this point. im going back to school though to try and finish my degree in philosophy but that will take a years time and even once i do that my future still looks quite uncertain. i'm just thankful my dad is going to pay for me to go back to school to finish the degree and for my apartment. but i really want to be financially independent so i can own a home one day not to mention get a car.
