Our country is divided and failing. How can tptb expect American's to reward lawbreakers by rolling out the red carpet to them and coughing up the money to pay for it.

Well the truth is like this. We have laws, but they mean nothing.
For an example..
If I get into trouble, the laws do not apply to me when I step into a court room. One judge could judge me one way, and another judge give me a verdict in another way.
Same falls true here. There are those that follow the law, come into the country correctly. But when we have a political system that changes the formula of things do to "MONEY" in their pockets and "VOTES" that help them get more "MONEY" then that is how the congressmen are going to do things.
