Mine ran for 12 hours and only got 29%.

I seem to have it however...I had tried Sunday to get it from a different place, and gave up...I really didn't know what it was doing. It gave me "Dreamweaver"...for why I do not know.
But all 6 Waves of Gateway seem to be there...
However...
Full of gaps.
Quit after 58 seconds.
Won't burn.
I'm trying to just play and record an then convert and burn.

This is where I am finding the gaps.
One of them started running at 4 times normal speed.

Has anyone ever gotten a good copy?

For as along as this takes and as bad as the quality is, I have to wonder why it is so popular for music downloads.

I went through it really slowly, it took me about 6 months to get through the whole series. I worked with the waves in order and everyday.
Its an amazing ride. It changed my life.

Yep, I did that process a few years ago, very good stuff.

I still use alpha wave tapes, just not that whole long series.
I use a theta meditation system and a brain wave mind voyager at the moment.

Well, I should say I changed myself, these tapes helped me get there. I worked with a lot of manifesting and patterning to bring myself out of the life situation I was in.
I documented and paid close attention to the mini dreamscapes that happened mostly in focus 10 and 12. I learned a lot about myself during that time. I worked a lot with creative visualization.
I remember feeling at the end of the 6 months that when I was 'under' in the space between wake and sleep that it felt more real that waking reality.
One thing though, the series takes practice to really get the hang of it. Also, if you dont keep up the practice, you lose it, very hard to get the skill of staying conscious while in the focuses back with out going through the process again.

Yeah, I have the entire brainsync superpack... "guided meditation", "brain power", "the secret", "super learning", "release guilt", "attract love", and "faith"... I've only listened to the guided meditation and secret ones and theyre great.. very relaxing

My Avg tells me that place is suspect of virus.

And like I said what shows up in my download folder has huge gaps. Stuff that is listed as playing 33 minutes plays for 10 minutes, and some less.

Would it be normal for only parts of each of the files to be downloaded with the balance following?

I had started one from megaflixpass, and I think that is what is in the download folder, altho I thought I had exited the whole utorrent program.

When I got up and looked that computer I was really surprized to see that it was telling me that utorrent had completely downloaded Matrix 5. I had downloaded it and it was an NZB file for which I needed to get the program to read it.
And I hadn't.

Yeah, I've thought about that and wondered about subliminals of one kind or another.

Which brings up the interesting idea of using these ELF or whatever in a positive way. That subconscious mind can seemingly move mountains. It can do strange things to the body according to your thoughts.
I read a psycology book that told about this guy with some sort of problem with hair and he kept his head shaved. Finally he agreed that it was ok to let it grow. But it came in dark on one side and light on the other side....which of course gave him further to shave his head.

But the fact that the sub caused it to grow thusly is really telling. And that was just with ordinary psycoanalysis.
What could be accomplished with the ELF or whatever...?

I have to say that I am not too impressed with the parts of the Monroe Gateway that I did get. Some of them start out with a tremendously loud burst of sound. I don't like the guy's voice either. I prefer Microsoft Mike.

I have been listening to the parts of this that I have.
Many of them end abruptly after a few minutes or even seconds, and I have deleted those.

As to the rest of them....I am now on IV part 2.
I'm not impressed with it. There are a lot of quiet periods. Except that the clock keeps running, I would have thought that it ended. I would have expected entraining music to continue thruout. Sounds; the beat and the frequency are very important.

I running it in Winamp and it is going from one to the next on automaticaly, so I know when any of them have just ended when it should not have.

I'm so glad that I never considered buying any of this.

Really, I can do better with my Text Aloud Program and the NP2 or Mind Work Station from Transparent Corp.

A good program could be worked up from Audacity too.

i orderd the free demo CD and it was so WEAK!!!!
But yes i have tried various Hemi-Sync CDs, the things they claim are absolutely outregeous hype, but i do believe they can do some good.
Yea if you get the delta tracks they can take you down to a very deep state, where the brain stops thinking and you loose awareness of your body.

I downloaded it from a torrent (similar to the Johnny Depp movie - if you know what I mean)...

I was able to download all of it & translate the torrent files though another program fo my Mac.

Everything came through fine except Wave 5 & 6. The voice sounds weird - like the pitch is a bit high. I'm wondering if this will effect the way it works.

It kind of freaked me out a bit due to mind control concerns - especially the Wave 5 & 6 which sounded different. Since it was a torrent, who knows what is in it.... I can also understand why people may feel weird about the Monroe Center. They do have gov't connections. I think alot of people go there to learn remote viewing from the gov't. Alot of that psi stuff is outsourced.

I was really getting into it & I'd like to continue with it. I don't know why they charge so much for the program. If it were cheaper, I'd buy it.

Hemi-sync is good but there are other binaural beat producers. Hem-sync is the original source, though. Robert Monroe developed it. I bought a Transparent CD & I didn't like it as much. I really like Dr. Jeffrey Thompson's work, too. Maybe he has less gov't affiliations...?

If anyone would like to share Wave 5 & 6 - please post. I'd really like to continue.

I started the centerpointe holosync program six or seven years ago and went through the first few levels. Took it very slowly and didn't move on to the next until I could stay fully conscious through the Delta parts. It had the great feature of being able to record your own affirmations and they would put them on the CD as subliminals.

After a couple of years on Holosync I read about the Awakened Minds Insight CD, which was only $50 and supposed to be multi-layered so you didn't need to buy deeper levels. I bought it and it worked as long as I used it, another three years or so. Last time I put it on was close to a year ago and I got the message that I was done, didn't need it any more.

Does it work? Yeah, if you have guts and really want to grow and change, it works. It will bring up all of your crap and you will get to deal with it. If someone had asked me if I had repressed memories I would have laughed at them, but it turned out I had some big stuff buried in my head that needed to be brought up and integrated. To this day I still have old emotional memories coming up, things I had forgotten about. Thanks to what I learned using the binaural beat CDs, when that stuff comes up I recognize it and integrate it painlessly.

Highly recommended, if you are serious and have guts. If you aren't and don't, you will likely give it up pretty quickly.

Re the comment about doing yoga etc: What this technology does is immediately put you into the brain-wave state achieved by advanced meditators, yogis and zen masters. I had had years of meditation and other training, advanced stuff, so I was familiar with the states but it took time and effort to get there. This tech saves you ten years or so, and how many have ten years to spend in an ashram learning to meditate? It still takes dedication and discipline to sit down for an hour each and every day, but at least you will be making real progress from the very start.

I was looking into centerpointe. I didn't like that you have to keep buying different levels. They seemed a bit too commercially orientated. I guess everything is these days...

I really like using binaural beats. It really helps getting into a meditative state. I practiced meditation for a long time & using binaural beats is way easier than being a Buddhist. You aren't going to be able to jump like Neo in the Martix but it does take you inside your mind to find out things about yourself.

It takes practice, though.

I hope more people will post about their experiences!

I've done it. All the Monroe stuff is great.

Amazon used to have them for mp3 download, so you could get a 35 minute session for .99 if you're worried about torrents.

Amazon did pull many of them down, but this was couple of years ago.

Will this make you have a kundalini?

I tend to have them very easy.
