As harsh as it seems, i guess the court case for polanski now rests on the view of the victim, does she want it to go to trial, if she wants him at court they should send him down for it.

Polanksi should have done the time back in the 70's, 30 years later, should he be punished i dont know, he is a great artist, but he has had a terrible life, it doesnt excuse him, but having your wife and unborn child brutally murdered probably doesnt do much for your mental state.
