i got flu and kicked its ass with 30,000 mg of vitamin C, first day. after that, plenty of hot tea. fuck that flu shot.

It's not the Swine Flu it's called H1N1 it has the bird flu in it too.

I don't have to ask you a question regarding the Swine flu my Mother had it back in the 70's and it was horrible. I last for over a month and it almost killed her..

Today is a much different time..They have Pneumonia Shot and that is what kills you not the flu it's Pneumonia..

Like a mild flu, not very bad at all. Was a bit achy but it wasnt completely unbearable. I was still able to function as normal, although i did miss a week of lectures to ensure i didnt pass it on to other people. Tbh we are all be hoaxed into believing this hyped up disease can kill us.....it very rarely does

Ryanemm, in all seriousness, did you cough up any bright red blood? Were you wheezing and feeling tight in the chest? How high did your fever get? Did you have to have Oxygen?

I am asking because I work in a hospital and took care of a lady who was admitted with flu-like symptoms. They did a rapid influenza swab and it came back as type A, but final results won't be back right away. And since I won't be back to work for a few days I am worried I won't ever get to find out what her results were. I want to find out if I was exposed by taking care of her.

She had all the symptoms I listed and then some...but those were the worst ones. Oh, and she was on 10 liters of oxygen and her O2 saturation was only hanging in there around 90% (for those who don't know, healthy people who are breathing regular air without supplemental O2 can maintain an O2 saturation level above 95%)

i did cough up some blood but not a lot,other than that it was regular flu-like symptoms. i have heard however that elderly and people with chronic illness are worse affected than healthy people, to me it was like a mild flu as i was still able to function and go about my daily routine as usual.
