Macrophages... a cell in your body that will eat anything thats not... you. These cells would identify it in the blood and being that the chip doesnt have your individual dna/rna.. it would destroy it immediately.

I don't believe that's true.

Simple case.

My father got shot in the back with birdshot pellets when he was 15. The ones close to the surface were dug out, the rest they left. In 1988, when he was 78 years old, one of those pellets came to the surface on his shoulder and was removed.

Yes, his body ultimately rejected the foreign object, but it took 63 years to do it.
