ARTICLE #1 THE HUMAN BODY AND ELECTROMAGNETIC ENERGY: WHY RFID IS A THREAT TO FREE WILL

THE BIO-ENERGY FIELD

The body has an energy field - more accurately, the bio-energy field has a body. That bio-energy field is a field of light encoded information. In the ancient Celtic tradition they had a word for photon called "lutz" or light encoded information.

You can think of that bioenergy field as a holographic image of yourself. There is a holographic image of yourself for every cell in your body, every molecule in your body, and one for all of you. We relate to this physical body as reality just as we relate to this table as reality. Literally they are holographic morphogenic images of energy. So literally, our bodies are really holographic images. Holographic images of reality are held together by photons that carry information that tell everything above them, the electrons and the atoms, and everything below them where they need to be and what they need to do. Photons remember where everything is. They have memory and they have information carrying potential.

MAKING DISORGANIZED ENERGY FIELDS COHERENT

It is basically getting the photons to make up their minds, to realize who they are, linking the photons to their higher self, organizing them. This would allow the photons to have a frequency wave form that is infinitely coherent and infinitely small passing through you transparently. These coherent fields make everything more of what it is. It is not creating any specialized effect one way or the other. Everything is more defined. Everything works better. Our research group stumbled upon this theory through a series of interesting accidental discoveries.

We have the ability to create fields in crystals and in circuit boards which have a lot of crystalline material in them like silicone, and cause these devices when they are plugged in to create fields which are non-Hertzian subtle energy fields that literally polarize random photons. They potentiate them and accelerate them one way or the other to produce a coherent energy field instead of a random energy field. We discovered that when you add a quartz crystal oscillator to the circuit, it starts polarizing to your unique bioenergy field signature. Crystals have the property of being able to stabilize and amplify our energy fields or any energy fields. That is why tiny chips of crystal are used in computers. That is why quartz clocks are based on quartz crystals, so that when you apply an electrical charge to them, they amplify it or they oscillate at a very specific frequency.

WE ARE ALL ELECTROMAGNETIC BEINGS

The human body grounds electromagnetic radiation in the environment because of the electrical conductivity of our body. It is attracted to us. All living systems are based on electromagnetic energy. Every cell in your body is generating an electromagnetic field, every plant, every rock, the planet itself, the whole universe is made up of energy. It is true that man-made electromagnetic radiation is not the only source of random photons in the environment, but the problem is these frequencies which we have never encountered before are a whole different spectrum of frequencies than the living system uses.

PROPERTIES OF EMF'S

Electromagnetic radiation is a frequency which is a perfect sine wave of energy passing through every cell of your body every second of the day. The sources of electromagnetic radiation are multiple and they are coupled. These frequencies in turn are made up of sub-particles called electrons and photons. Photons in quantum physics are thought of as packets or bits of information. They are either on or off, yes or no. They are binary. That is how they carry information. Some of these photons are coherent and some of them are random. If all the photons were coherent, your television and computer would feel incredibly good to you. This is passing through every cell in your body, and it would feel great if it were totally organized. Unfortunately the random photons have a lot of noise, or random sub-particle energy, associated with them."

ARTICLE #2 HITACHI RELEASES RFID POWDER TECHNOLOGY

[link to www.technovelgy.com]
The world's smallest and thinnest RFID tags were introduced yesterday by Hitachi. Tiny miracles of miniaturization, these RFID chips (Radio Frequency IDentification chips) measure just 0.05 x 0.05 millimeters. The new RFID chips have a 128-bit ROM for storing a unique 38 digit number, like their predecessor. Hitachi used semiconductor miniaturization technology and electron beams to write data on the chip substrates to achieve the new, smaller size.

How far away could you be, and still read the information from this "powder RFID?" The source article is very thin; however, the mu-chip mentioned earlier is readable from a distance of 25 centimeters (about ten inches) with an external antenna like the one mentioned in the preceding paragraph. This doesn't sound like much, but it's certainly enough to read people going through doorways, for example.

These devices could also be used to identify and track people. For example, suppose you participated in some sort of protest or other organized activity. If police agencies sprinkled these tags around, every individual could be tracked and later identified at leisure, with powerful enough tag scanners.

Impacts of RF Radiation on the Human Body in a Passive RFID Environment

Darmindra D. Arumugam*(1), and Daniel W. Engels (1)(1) Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Texas at Arlington, Texas, USAE-mail: darumugam@uta.eduIntroduction

The characterization of RF propagation is a theoretical method for evaluating the workings of electromagnetic radiation in a given environment. Recently, there have been numerous explorations of the fundamental characterizations of passive radio frequency identification (RFID) systems in electromagnetic structures [1-4]. These studies have concentrated on various topics not limited to the holy grails of passive RFID systems, i.e.metallic and moist environments.

Because of the nature of passive systems, attenuation in these environments is relatively high and often causes an RFID tag to hover towards theno-read zones. This is typically propelled by the lack of power being harvested by the tag or attenuation of the tag reply signals. An area of research that has garnered interest is the use of passive RFID systems in and around human tissues. Human tissues are composed primarily of molecules, which tend to absorb RF energy. The rate of absorption is a dosimetric measure known as the specific absorption rate (SAR). The purpose of this paper is to study and quantify the SAR of the human body, more specifically the human head and shoulders for the passive UHF RFID reader environment.

UHF RFID reader systems operating under FCC regulations may create RF energy absorption that could represent a significant impact to the human body, when present in high densities and/or close proximities. In this paper, we present the theory and analytical evaluations to study the SAR in the human head at 1W, 10W, and 100W power output of a 7.4dB gain reader antenna. These evaluations are presented for distances of 10cm, and 100cm from the human head. The visualizations presented for the SAR are quantized meaning fully to depict the impacts of a passive RFID environment on the human body, more specifically the human head. We also show that an additive absorption environment with just 2 RFID readers at aproximity of approximately 10cm from the human head presents a SAR above 1.6 / ,the maximum value allowed by FCC in the US.

Specific Absorption Rates A living organism subjected to a static RF field or to a non-radiating near field willtypically extract energy from the radiating source. However, the quantitative descriptions of these mechanisms by which this extraction takes place, is very different at higher frequencies [5]. At these higher frequencies, both the electrical and magnetic fields of the incoming electromagnetic waves, after reflection at the boundary conditions, are further decreased due to energy dissipation [5]. Both and fields decrease exponentially in nature with distance from the boundaries as depicted in Equation 1, where the skin depth() is defined as the distance at which the field decreases to 1 =0.368 of its value just
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Page 2
inside the boundaries [5], where is the ratio of conduction current to displacement current in the given media.=and=(1)It is widely known that the skin effect becomes much more apparent and significant for humans and larger vertebrates at higher frequencies [5, 6]. Specific absorption rates, or SAR, is the rate at which the body or tissues absorbs RF energy when exposed to anelectromagnetic field. A dosimetric measure that has been widely adopted is the time derivative of the incremental energy ( ) absorbed by, or dissipated in an incremental mass ( ) contained in a volume element ( ) of a given density () [5], which is expanded in Equation 2.====(2)

Experimental Test Setup

The setup used to evaluate the SAR in the human head is presented in Figure 1, where a rectangular patch antenna with a gain of 7.4dB is positioned directly in front of the human face, and the SAR is evaluated for antenna distances of 10cm and a 100cm from the human face. At each instance, results are observed for 1W, 10W, and 100W ofradiated power. The simulation environment used here is Feko 5.3, which is a software utilizing advanced computational electromagnetic (CEM) methods.

Figure 1: Experimental Test Setup for the Human Body SAR in the Human Head Figure 2 presents the SAR in the human head cross-section of the eyes for the radiated source power of 1W, 10W and 100W at a distance of 100cm. Here we notice that the maximum absorption is below the accepted limits as required by FCC in the US. Furtherevaluations for radiated power at 100 W at a distance of 100cm also reveal limits belowthe FCC regulations.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Page 3
Figure 2: SAR for the human head at 100cm distance of 1W, 10W, and 100W radiated power

To study the impact of an environment with a high density of RFID readers or readers at close proximity, we study the direct effects at a distance of 10cm instead. These results are depicted in Figure 3 for the case of 1W, 10W and 100W.

Figure 3: SAR for the human head at 10cm distance of 1W, 10W, and 100W radiated power From Figure 3 we notice that even at distances of 10cm from the human head, theinduced SAR is below FCC regulated limit of exposure for the human body. However,we also realize that this limit is breached somewhere within the boundaries of 1W and 10W at this distance from the human face. To study in more detail the level at which this breach occurs, and to better quantify this problem for an environment pervaded withRFID systems, we examine the SAR details for all 10cm and 100cm scenarios.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Page 4
Figure 4: SAR (W/kg) versus radiated power (W) at distances of 10cm and 100cmFigure 4 is a plot of the of the SAR results from the experiments at 10cm and 100cm forall radiated power levels. It can be easily conceived from this figure that the FCC limit is breached between the 1W and 10W radiated power levels at reader antenna to humanface distances of 10cm. Using the equation for the trend-line as depicted in Figure 4, we can solve for 1.6 / to arrive at 1.89711 . Since, the FCC limit for RFID reader systems are at 1W of radiated power, it is clear that 2 reader antennas placed 10cm away from the human face would provide much higher SAR (Equation 3) than that allowed by FCC in the US. = 0.0203 . в = 2.02763 / (3)ConclusionIn this paper, we present an experimental study on the SAR of the human head in anenvironment with a typical RFID reader system. The results predict that 2 RFID reader antennas at distances of 10cm from the human head operating additively, will contributeto a SAR in the human head of up to a maximum of 2.02763 / , which is above the limit for safe exposure of RF radiation as allowed by FCC is the US (1.6 / ). ARTICLE #4 STAGE ONE TESTING DISGUISED AS HURRICANE EVACUATION PREPAREDNESS: MOTOROLA TEAMS WITH RFID

“We didn’t look at it specifically from a technical point of view. Technology had to link with our operation, not the other way around. The requirement had to drive the technology,” says Chief Colley.

Solution: Texas Evacuation Tracking System (TX SNETS)
In response to the recommendations of a state-appointed special task force,
the Governor’s Division of Emergency Management (GDEM) reached out to the
private sector. An AT&T-led group of technology providers including Motorola,
Radiant RFID and Retriever Software, worked together to create an automated
evacuee tracking system.
Called TX SNETS, the system integrates Motorola handheld computers with
Geographic Information System (GIS) databases with status and tracking
displays, tracking software, barcode wristbands and Radio Frequency
Identification (RFID) scanners, and commercial coaches and school buses
equipped with mobile Global Positioning System (GPS) units.

Results: Simple process that registers 12,000 evacuees and pets per hour
Wristbands are scanned as evacuees board GPS-equipped buses and again
upon arrival at the sheltering destination, updating the information at each point
and sending the data wirelessly to a centralized database maintained by the
University of Texas Center for Space Research. The TX SNETS solution allows the
state to monitor the evacuees’ status, keep family members and pets together,
and provide information to loved ones at each stage in the evacuation process.

The MOTOROLA MC9094 provides emergency personnel with true mobility, enabling them to register evacuees on-site.

Improving the evacuation process through
integrated technology
When Hurricane Katrina hit the southern coast of the
United States, approximately 475,000 evacuees fled
to Texas. More than 126,000 had no identification,
9,000 were special needs individuals, and 2,000
children under eighteen were unaccompanied by
an adult. “It was a major relief operation,” recalls
Chief Jack Colley, Governor’s Division of Emergency
Management (GDEM).

The GDEM invited Motorola and other private sector
technology providers to develop an effective, secure
solution that would help the state evacuate and
track special needs individuals quickly, efficiently and
safely. With special needs redefined as anyone who
could not self-evacuate for any reason, the numbers
of potential evacuees increased dramatically, adding
layers of complexity to the challenge. A rapid
registration process and a secure method of tracking
each evacuee
, as well as their pets, wheelchairs,
walkers, and other necessities, throughout the entire
evacuation process was critical.

Motorola partnered with Retriever Software and
Radiant RFID to create an integrated technology
solution using Radiant RFID’s customized bar-coded
RFID wristbands and RFID portals, Retriever’s
tracking application software, and Motorola’s rugged
MC9094 handheld computers.
“We worked with about 58 private groups to make
this system happen and those groups were essential
to developing answers that work in the real world,”
Chief Colley says. “For example, Motorola gives us
great support from border security to evacuations.
They are there when we need them most. We’re
dealing with life and death, not proficiency issues, so
the technology has to work, it cannot fail.”

Smooth efficient registration process
The process is simple. Upon arrival at a designated
evacuation center, National Guardsmen collect and
enter each family’s information into the tracking
system using a laptop computer or a MC9094
handheld wireless computer. A rugged device
designed for the most demanding, high stress field
environment, the MC9094 provides emergency
personnel with true mobility, enabling them to
register evacuees on-site at the evacuation hub.
Data input errors are reduced by a user-friendly
software application with a standard template. And
the rapid deployment of over 500 handheld mobile
computers meant that the equipment would be
there when it was needed.

“The contributions made by the Motorola team were
nothing less than spectacular,” says Cynthia Rubio,
president of Radiant RFID.
“Product knowledge,
responsiveness and perseverance were huge factors
that contributed to the successful deployment of this
system.”

Keeping family and pets together and loved ones
informed
After the data is collected, each family member
is given an RFID wristband with a serial number
that matches the record in the database.
Pets
and physical or medical equipment are given
corresponding tags. The information is wirelessly
transmitted to the master database housed at the
University of Texas Center for Space Research in
Austin.

“The scale of mass evacuation demands a new
approach to command control and the creation of a
system that registers evacuees in real-time at their
departure points,” says Dr. Gordon Wells, Program
Manager, Center for Space Research, University of
Texas at Austin. “One of our jobs (at the Center) is to
track the location, capacity and current occupancy of
the evacuation shelters. So tracking the location of
the evacuees as they move through the process and
monitoring bus locations through GPS technology
was a natural activity we could expand on.”

Tracking enabled by wireless devices
National Guardsmen also use the Motorola handheld
computers to scan the wristbands as evacuees
board buses for transport to the shelters. Before
departure, the Guardsmen print out a manifest for
the driver to help account for each evacuee
after
fuel stops and comfort station breaks. Buses are
equipped with GPS units, enabling the Center for
Space Research to track and report their locations
and speeds every 30 seconds.

Upon arrival at the shelter, evacuees either walk
through an RFID portal or their wristbands are
manually scanned, updating their status and
transmitting the information to the master database.
A printed manifest is then provided to the shelter
host. TX SNETS keeps evacuees, their pets, and
their medical necessities together and allows family
members to contact the Texas 2-1-1 information and
referral service to track evacuees’ status and current
location.

By the time Hurricane Dean threatened the Texas coast in August of 2007, the state was ready and waiting
with TX SNETS securely in place and poised to evacuate 150,000 people on 3,000 buses.
“When you’re dealing with people, not just assets, there is a moral responsibility to get it right,” says Sheila
Donnelly, president, Retriever Software. “When the system is allowed to proceed as planned and exercised
by Emergency Operations, the information is moved efficiently and accurately and the level of confidence
and calmness increases.”

For the state, TX SNETS provides a smooth, efficient process of effectively allocating search and rescue
resources for those who for any reason cannot self-evacuate. For evacuees, it means no longer having to
worry about losing a child in the chaos, leaving behind a pet, or being separated from critical special-needs
devices. For loved ones, it means keeping tabs on family members. And for all, it controls the turmoil and
reduces the extreme stress of a mass evacuation.

“We live in a world now where catastrophic events occur, whether man-made or natural,” says Chief Colley.
“Our priority is to take care of our citizens first and foremost, and in the 21st century we should be able to do
that. We had great support from the private sector and Motorola was one of them in a big way.”
