Vincent Xaviers response to the Nuke not detonating in Washington on the days he predicted

Here is my partial, rough transcription of what Vincent stated.

"Nonetheless, accepting all that, that I stand on this one place called knowing,
that this month will not pass without a detonation in Washington D.C. This
month will not pass. That's the word of God. That's the word of the Lord.
That's not Vincent adding anything to it. No ideas, no combinations, no
scriptures. Just leaving what God said alone. I know the voice of the Lord,
and I know what He said, and what He said was October. I know what I said,
and I know how clever and how at times our own voice or the voice of others
can sound so right, and for that I grieve because I've caused confusion to
some people, and I accept your anger towards me, and I accept it, and I will
not strike back. I will turn the other cheek, but I will also tell you October will
not pass without a detonation in the United States of America in Washington D.C.

If what Vincent has warned happens in October, then he has definitely heard the
word of the Lord.

If what Vincent has warned does not happen in October, then he is definitely
deceived on this matter and was hearing the voice of a strange spirit. Vincent's
credibility will be ruined unless he came provide a reasonable excuse as to why
Washington D.C. is still standing in all its faded glory in November.

And when November gets here with nothing of note happening in DC he'll say,
