All I can tell you is that I knew some women around early 50s who were talking about how they hated sex and how stupid it was that someone invented Viagra because now they'd have to be having sex when their husbands are 80.
But then...it seems the sex drive comes back even stronger once women are through menopause (and the teens are out of the house). As far as men, I don't think they ever lose interest, and now there is Viagra so they don't have to.

If they are in general decent good health without being on the many medications that deflate the libido, most humans will continue having a sex drive well past 100 or when ever they die.

With the Viagra and the coming Viagra for women, those issues that stymied sexual intercourse for the retired are being removed.

Menopause usually effects female hormone production which can result in loss of sex drive, however with proper hormone treatments (which also reduce calcium loss, reduce facial hair growth and in many studies improves general health in women 55+) they can return to sexual 'active duty'.
