Wait- so the guy (suspect) walked in on an adult male railing his underage step-daughter, and shot him in the balls?
I would 100% do the same thing, if I were put into the situation.
Quoting: elbrianAdult and underage according to who? They were two years apart and no charges were filed on that. Government dictates aside she was old enough to date and many have been married at her age.
