Here is a lesson in modifiers. In my original sentence "I believe" was clearly a modification of "a portion". "Maybe" indicated that while I believe otherwise, the possibility was that it was released in full. I made no modification of "released" and clearly that is not at dispute in my mind. Neither is the claim about John Kerry in dispute, however I said with Al Gore that there was the possibility that I was wrong, though to clarify now I will say without a doubt his SAT scores were released and if my memory serves he scored a 1355 compared to GW's 1206, a hefty margin.

A 1355 is roughly genius level whereas a 1206 is slightly below future doctoral candidate levels.
