If I were to vote right now, I'd go with Peyton Manning, Drew Brees a close second.

Manning and Brees are very similar, as are their respective teams, however Brees seems to have more help from the Saints defense (16 int, 6 TD thus far) in deciding victories.

As for Flacco and the Ravens, the MVP of that team is easily Ray Rice and I expect his name to come up near the end of the season as an MVP candidate.
