I pulled firing squad (21 gun salute for funerals) duty for a year when I was active and had a photo in my photo album of me all decked out in full dress uniform with white gloves and my weapon.
One of my daughters asked me if was hard to shoot people who were tied up and blindfolded and all.

There is absolutely nothing FANTASTIC about the US Military mate. They are tools of EVIL with innocent blood on their hands.100 years of invading foreign countries stealing their resources and killing innocent civilians.
I can't believe that there's such a thing as soldiers anymore. I don't know anyone who would die for what could turn out to be some imperialist cause, personal vendetta, or some trumped up excuse.
Militaries are such a drain on tax payers. And I equally can't believe we have to pay men to twirl batons.
Fine it was good, it's culture, we can't axe the military unless everyone everywhere does, but how can so many people be drawn to that still? Be all that you can be: i.e. dispensable, a small part of a war machine, a murderer.
Ok I take it all back. I'm sure Jesus would have voted for them too, while wiping away a tear of joy. Yay! War! Posturing!
