I have nothing against smoking pot, in fact up untill a few months ago, after I would get home from work, it would help me relax, and sleep really well. Latley When I smoke a few hits of the pipe I am getting extremely paranoid. I feel fine before, but after I feel guilty for the things I have said and done throughout the day, weird, I can't stop with the thoughts, irrational stupid thoughts. Makes me feel like I am gonna have a panic attack. Why is this happening. I know I need to quit, but now I will have to take sleeping pills to sleep. Does anyone know why really why this happens to some people, I think it may be a mental disorder, or is that just the paranoia? I know I sound crazy but I really would like to know what the hell is going on, probably should see someone about it, I am serious.
