The founding fathers of this country recognized that the notion of inalienable rights went hand in hand with the notion of God.

To reject one concept is logically equivalent to rejecting the other.

That’s probably why you never really hear Godless-Communists talking (sincerely) about inalienable rights.

The organic constitution was in full operation prior to the Southern Congress walking out of the national legislature 1861. When the walked out, the Northern members adjourned "sine die" (latin, go hence forth without day). This effectively dissolved the previous government.

When Congress adjourned sine die, Lincoln was forced to become first Constitutional American dictator thru the issuance of "Executive Orders" under the "War Powers" contained in the organic constitution of 1776.

After the "War between the States" had concluded, Lincoln was assassinated before he could reinstall the organic constitution and advert the rise of the corporate government.

In the meantime, a FEDERAL corporate government was created. The corporate governments constitution looks and reads almost word for word the same as the organic constitution .... except that the ARTICLES in the corporate charter may be changed, altered or amended thru the democratic process .... the organic constitution and the original articles cannot be changed, altered or amended.

The corporate FEDERAL government is really a subdivision of the organic sovereign government.
Federal Corporate citizens are known as U.S. citizens ....

The Federal corporate government derives it´s authority from the United States organic constitution as an instrumentality .... it operates thru the use of voluntary and adhesion contracts.

US corporate citizens do not possess "inalienable rights" because they are bound by contracts, not a constitution.

Article I, section 10 organic constitution prohibits "emitting bills of credit" and specifically states "making anything but gold and silver coin legal tender for payment in debt."

You use a banking system that "emits bills of credit (dollars)." These bill of credit are not compatable with the lawfull statutes of the organic constitution ...

When you legally or lawfully use fiat dollars and the banking system, you place yourself in a "state of war" with the organic constitution of 1776. You cannot claim to possess "inalienable rights" under the organic constitution and bill of rights, then illegally emit bills of credit in defiance of the organic law.

It is confusing subject matter, it was designed in such a way as to fool the people FOREVER into giving up their "inalienable rights!" It almost worked, except that many people are now discovering the fraud ... and since the fraud has been discovered, TPTB have erected Homeland Security, FEMA, ATF, FBI etc., etc., etc. to prevent the people from reclaiming our constitutional rights and our constitutional government!

FACT: The United States has been in a state of Nation Emergency since 1933 operating under the constitutions “War and Emergency Powers” authority (Senate Report 93-549). We have lived our entire lives under a “National Emergency” in what amounts to Presidential Constitutional Dictators. The war on drugs, the war on poverty, the war on this and that are merely illus ional props to keep “War and Emergency Powers” in place to subvert the Constitution.

Why? The corporate, not sovereign UNITED STATES went bankrupt in 1930! And it is bankrupt again…..

On November 19, 1973, the Special Committee on the Termination of the National Emergency presented Senate Report 93-549 at the first session of the 93rd Congress. The Introduction to the report, an examination of existing War and Emergency Powers Acts, states:

"Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency. In fact, there are now in effect four presidentially-proclaimed states of national emergency: In addition to the national emergency declared by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1933, there are also the national emergency proclaimed by President Harry S. Truman on December 16, 1950, during the Korean conflict, and the states of national emergency declared by President Richard M. Nixon on March 23, 1970, and August 15, 1971."

"These proclamations give force to 470 provisions of Federal law. These hundreds of statutes delegate to the President extraordinary powers, ordinarily exercised by the Congress, which affect the lives of American citizens in a host of all-encompassing manners. This vast range of powers, taken together, confer enough authority to rule the country without reference to normal Constitutional processes."

"Under the powers delegated by these statutes, the President may: seize property; organize and control the means of production; seize commodities; assign military forces abroad; institute martial law; seize and control all transportation and communication; regulate the operation of private enterprise; restrict travel; and, in a plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens."
