waking up every night at 3:33 a.m.

I too have been waking up at 3:33 a.m. over most of my life. There is something going on but I feel many of you do not want to know what it is.

that is so crazy .. i have woke up at 3:33 for like a month every night .. sometimes i wake up earlier . and wait to look at the clock and it is 3:33

its the programming

best time to do mass, hypnotic, mind programming

REM sleep

i know hundreds of people who have figured that out

stay up until around 4:30 or 5:00 a.m.

it is safe to go back to sleep at that point

ya'll wake up because you sense that they use that REM sleep for programming

your subconscious wakes you up to protect you from the programming

i saw it the other night also...mum was up...she also said to play it on the lottery sev mo's ago and it hit 3x!

i've woken up at 3:33 on countless ocassions, but not by anything good. i awoke to a someone to a knife stabbing me, my closet door being ripped off (finding out in the morning), breezes, and different random but f***** up ways. i'm gonna try praying

Ok, I have done this whole series. Hmmm...

I don't know if there are perhaps different things happening. Some people mention being very sick or frightened (I actually am assuming there are good reasons for those) while other just seem creeped out by the coincidence.

Since I have gone through the whole series, I will say sometimes I just looked at the clock while other times I couldn't get back to sleep. So, it just seemed different... in one case I felt like I woke up and that happened to be the time where in the other case I woke up because of the time. Sometimes I realized those numbers were cropping up somewhere else in my life which I guess made me notice them more.

If your serious, it's most likely your bio rhythms a bit whack. You could also be waking up multiple times through the night, but usually fall back asleep quickly and forget it, but when u see 3:33 it stands out so u wake up a little more. Common factors for that may be sleep apnoea or stress.

Lastly there are a lot of things that will raise your consciousness during sleep. Studies have shown that even ppl who think they slept solidly were affected by noise or light in their environment. Could be that a street sweeper or neighbours alarm clock makes noise at this time, but the noise is feint or goes away by the time u actually wake up.

Sleep is f'd up enough in most ppl, probably no conspiracy here. I used to do shift work and after years of back to normal hrs my sleep patterns are still stuffed, so I've read a lot about sleep.

During the day I always look at the clock when it's 3:33 pm and I'll always wake up at 3:33 am and it's freaking me out.

When I was a teenager I would always have things weird happen like hearing my name in my ear but no one around. I have alway been wondering about the supernatural but also very scared of it so I stayed away.
I have had many time were I was stopped or redirected from doing stuff for some reason. When I was pregnant with my first son I was woken by my bed shaking at first I thought it was the cat then I hurt someone taking to me. I just started screaming no, no. Too scared to even hear. It stopped and I left my room, another time I felt and heard something I left the house the entire day. When I was in my lower 20's and in a different house I noticed that I was waking up at 3:33am. I would wake up with my heart pounding. Sometimes I would hear my name and wake up say what, answering who ever called me. Years later after having a few more kids I would be woken thinking my kids called me, again waking up startled and sometime saying what to answer whoever was calling me.

I am now in my 30's and do not experience this too much. It really scares the crap out of me and I tried really hard to ignore all of it. I have even worked night shift and would end up looking at the clock at a certain time because I had a funny feeling.

Not sure what it is all about but I don't think it is bad because it seemed to try and guide me to good things. But still not sure about the time I was being woken. I would have dreams that would seem to be over and over and sometimes continue. Not sure if this was because a message was trying to get to me and like someone said 3am is the time this can happen.

My mom said when she was a little girl she would be able to tell her mom when something was going to happen so that to me is crazy and again scaring. She doesn't have this now but only when she was young to about her 20's. I guess if we do not grow with it we loose it.
I just was too scared to except it.

I used to wake up at 3:17 every morning when I had bad insomnia.

This happens to me all the time! I look at a clock or wake up at 3:33 ALL the time! It is called the "witching" hour.

when i started reading this thread, i was amazed at how many of you have taken this so seriously, not to account for the many who were so afraid to reply. i do not suffer from this event myself, but i tend to notice patterns and my curiosity has hooked me. my gf told me she has been waking up at 4:40 am every night. i , myself have a past where i had to overcome certain spiritual entanglements and i hold these victories to myself with much pride. hopefully, this is nothing of the sort, but i am starting to get a hint that this has something to do with the matter. i wish to confront the matter face to face, at 4:40 am,

I had read his book Communion when I was a teenager and I did have a sleep paralysis experience. Scared the shit out of me... stopped reading the book. It's like I became open-minded to it, so it happened. Didn't see any being though.

But he is adamant about 3:33am being the time he woke up every time.

I don't know if these things are a sign, but they definitely make you wonder.

I did the same thing for years op ... 3.33am .. Grown out of it now....
funny thing is.. years later I discovered it was the moment of my birth.

I kid you not. Also my birthdate is the prime number 3 for the day month and the year.

I've taken it as a good sign OP. I'm still here in my 58th year. It's all good opie.

I wouldn't loose any sleep over it.
