My son is a total pothead loser slacker, what should I do?

i went through a phase like that in my life. he will get sick of it after a while and str8ten out.

I partied with the best of em and I did it very well, but this is different to me. So different.

I can just no longer watch this. There seems to be no end. I just cant't take it.

I have thought of that but that's not going to do one bit of good. Probably just worse. The cops won't help at all.

And,might I add, it helped with my own son.

It seems we all havent lived up to what was expected from our dads...

mine is dead....my son is 19.

the kids only 20 not like hes 35 and the fact hes in any college classes and has any job in this economy is somthing you should be proud of not to mention the fact that nowadays joining the army means that you will probably be sent away somewhere to overthrow a government to propogate the nwo's global takeover with a side mission of laying the groundwork for oil to be hi jacked... so i just dont think its the same as 1960 somthin when you were in on top of that if the kid likes video games well i guess its better than a real "crack" addiction so maybe burn one with the kid and lighten the fuck up.

100% on the money. dad needs to realize the world is a different place. while he may be doing good himeself, there are plenty of others who arent and thus the world his son is growing up in is leading him to a very different type of lifestyle from the past.

i am 22. i look for a job everyday. i am a skiller worker even went to a trade school. i like to smoke pot because its the easiest way to rebel the system. its why its on the schedule 1 list. because it leads to self awareness. awareness that alchol and tobacco are much worse. there has never been a recorded death for pot use. i drive stoned everyday and am a better driver because of it. when i smoke im not aggressive, i dont drive crazy, i drive the speed limit, follow the rules.
I am enlightened because i know that weed is not the problem. its the governent for choosing to make money of its citizens by making a harmless plant illegal. it is how they support themselves. cops are just the newest tax man and that is why EVERYONE HATES THEM. when did we have TRUE respect for cops? when they werent made into someone who bothers us for something we percieve as hurting no one.

and i know you dont understand but do you watch sports? do you realize that playing a game is better then watching any sport in the world. YOU ARE THE MASTER OF THE GAME. you control whether you win or lose. and you just keep getting better till eventually you are better then others but there are still better players. ANYONE CAN PLAY ITS EASY you dont have to have to play all though highschool and college to go "pro" you jsut dedicate some time and you will get better at it just like anything else. YES games can be addicting, but have you ever actually stopped to see what the game is about? or what you ahve to do? or actually HOW COMPLICATED IT IS? the games these days are not your pong of yesterday. they are more involved then most movies with full backgrounds and storylines, some even have books to tell other parts of the story which you arent playing.

THE WORLD IS DIFFERENT. get to know your son instead of being the bad guy.
