I used to be a big Factor fan, but the past two or three years I've stopped watching.
I did happen to catch segment last night though.
If I could have reached through the TV and bitch slapped his ass I would have felt much better.

Orly Taitz , the Dentist with a mail order law degree, is just a con artist looking to make money off the "birthers" , her court filings have more nothing to do with "finding the truth" and everything to do with FUNDRAISING from idiots who think this crap is real.
If Obama really was born in Kenya...he wasn't If the courts ruled that it prevented him from being a natural citizen...HIGHLY UNLIKELY.
The courts do not have the power to remove a sitting president...only Congress can do that.
This whole fantasy that if only someone could prove Obama was born in Kenya he would be automatically kicked out is bullshit.
Lets just for the sake of argument that he was born in Kenya.
Heres what would have to happen.
1.The burden of proof is on the Birthers so they have to prove it by getting his birth certificate ....now what are the odds a good little Democratic party member didn't just lose the damn thing "accidentally" during the last year and a half?
2.They would then have to argue that it made him ineligible to be a "natural Born Citizen" ....you are going to have a hard time finding a judge who would accept that definition TWO YEARS AFTER the election.
3.Then you would have to get Nancy Pelosi to agree to impeach him....THATS NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.
Bill O'Reilly made treated Orly Taitz like the semi-psychotic con artist that she truly is.
