If the technology existed for you to stay one age forever....
Quote

If the technology existed for you to stay one age forever what age would you want or would have wanted to stay at. Eventually we will discover how to slow down and then halt aging. If this technology existed what age would you want the aging process stopped at?

Personally I would go with 23-25. I probably got the most attention from the opposite sex at this age and I was the most overall in shape at this time. Which probably means I was the most attractive at that age as well. Everything works great, you don't have to go to the doctor much and you can still eat almost whatever you want and if drinking is your thing you can get away with a lot of that as well. Financially that age sucked pretty bad but I wouldn't have to worry about that forever as usually the older you get the more money you are able to save up. Anything under 23 would be too young and anything over 30 would be too old.

What are your thoughts?

I think bang on 30 would be great.

Thats how old I am now and I get just as much attention as I did when I was 20, not really much different fitness wise.

How do you know for a fact that dying doesn't suck even more? People are just programmed to expect to die. It won't be like that forever.

With 22 I was nothing quite as wise as today. I would not want to remain in that body oriented mindset or I would miss a lot spiritually.

33.
"I have long believed that a man who spurns the Christian faith outright is more respected before God and the heavenly powers than the man who pretends to religion but refuses to come under its total domination. The first is an overt enemy, the second a false friend. It is the latter who will be spewed out of the mouth of Christ; and the reason is not hard to understand." - A.W.Tozer

i think defy fate and relax at sixty, the wisdom belt, as you basically understand most fundamentals, and look more undeserving,on the outside, youth isn`t gold the treasure is in getting old.

You are still confusing chronological age with calender age. Why wouldn't a 60 year old who looks like a 30 year old be just as wise. Nobody aside from 70 and 80 year olds ever say "I wish I had the health of a 60 year old."

I disagree, youth is the best part of your life. My grandmother on my mom's side was dead at 57, grandmother on my dad's side dead at 34 and her husband dead at 62. I want to put off getting old as loooooooong as I can.
