What are you eating? If you eat fast food or any processed foods you are consuming MSG, otherwise known as "natural" flavoring.
IBS is just one of the symptoms of a MSG reaction - MSG is a neurotoxin we are all sensitive to it, but some of us are like the canary in the coal mine. They even put it in ground chicken and turkey.
It is amazingly hard to get it out of your diet unless you just eat fruits and veggies - fast food and Chinese food is the worst, but even nice restaurants use it.

Umm it could be as simple as an acquired allergy to something you are CONSTANTLY eating and wouldn't consider.
I say this because I suffered from IBS symptoms for a good 6 yrs. It steadily got worse over time and I really didn't want to go on some kind of chemical maintenance. My family has a strong history of allergies and so I set about trying to find it. For years I looked at the most obvious foods: dairy, eggs and even corn and peanuts. I cut them out of my diet and yet still the symptoms persisted.
A couple of months ago I was so sick and tired of the symptoms and I had a flash of insight. The night before I'd made cinnamon chips, flour tortillas cut into wedges and deep fried then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. The next morning I was utterly miserable but I started hunting again for a possible food allergy, starting with the oil. Soybean oil. I then started looking at the ingredients of everything around me. Guess what? IT'S IN EVERYTHING. I could also then go back and look at how when I'd have a ton of it on some days as some things contain more than others and on those days I'd consume food that was loaded with it would be followed by the worst bouts.
I have literally trimmed down the amount of soybean products I consume in a day to one or two items (generally bread). In the past 2 months of doing this ONLY those times I unknowingly consumed soybean products did I have bouts.
Something to think about. I'm not saying that it's so for everyone but as others said, I'd look at this as a possible culprit before looking at chemtrails. Quoting: rosesunicorn
Yep, bad stuff, in everything...we cut all the processed foods out years ago...shop only the outer four corners of the store, that way we get natural products...and then you have to be careful...also, we only us extra virgin olive oil....

Hey OP
I never before this year had intestinal problems.
Mine started in February.
Tried everything, including all suggestions above as well as charcoal pills (old Dutch remedy)
Nothing worked.
Had a million tests done and am scheduled for more.
Then I tried aloe.
Read about it in Jama, it was used after chemo in some patients.
I couldn't find aloe juice locally, so I broke off pieces of my aloe plant, extracted the juice, added it to water and drank it. It tastes like shit, and is kinda slimy,
but it WORKED. Now almost back to normal.

Oh now I understand and now that you mention it all this started when my poop would shut off early. Its like closing the door on the guests while they are leaving and one of the guests getting jammed. I think this permanently stretched by rectum somehow. I am telling you it hurts like a MOFO. I have had this for 4 years now.
That sounds like a sphincter muscle problem. Gas will do it to ya, too. Very painful. Once you begin to fully evacuate, given time, the episodes should be few and far between. Also, if you have a hemorrhoid, that will cause pain like that from time to time. Maybe the two go hand in hand...the jamming with poo/gas plus the hemorroid that is feeling the pressure.
So many of us have/had intestinal problems! It's good to share experiences instead of just advice about what works and what doesn't.

Oh man I cant tell ya the amount of pain I get once the hemorrhoid flares up. I mean once the poop gets stuck in there I can try and try to force it out but nothing happens. Once in a blue moon I will get lucky and be able to force it out but most of the time it remains stuck. If I force for long enough I will get a hemmy flare up and the pain is just unbearable so most of the time its just better if the poo remains stuck. I have just recently changed my diet so I am hoping I am able to see some changes very soon. |

Stress was the biggest factor for my IBS, and I suffered for decades. I eliminated my stress and my IBS faded away.
Food sensitivities certainly will exacerbate IBS, too.
Seemingly at odds with the diarrhea is the chance that you may be dehydrated, too. Especially in the heat of summer if I don't make sure I drink enough water I end up with problems of that nature.

It freaking sucks! Now I have to cook everyday, but after the last two episodes - one at Subway - I'm done, it's not worth the risk - if I went to doctors I would have gone to the ER, lol.
There's a whole list of stuff MSG will do to you, from rage to IBS and on and on. Awful shit, but it keeps the doctors offices full while folks are getting tested for a myriad of disorders.
Here's just a few of the symptoms

I am so glad you posted that. Milk can be one of the biggest sources of diarrhea. Sometimes a person loses the enzyme that digests lactose in milk. Oh, golly! You can't eat ice cream or anything to do with milk, or else!
To be on the safe side, next time I go to the store I will get some Lactaid tabs that can be added to milk and left alone for 24 hours. Then you can safely drink milk, put it on your cereal, and eat ice cream.
So far, the diatomaceous earth has the diarrhea under control, but to be on the safe side, Lactaid tabs should be on hand.

Anyway I tried the chemtrails hypothesis because IBS is a new and very popular disorder and chemtrails is also a relatively new phenonmenon. I read that people affected by IBS mostly leave in cities where they have to deal with daily stress. Toxity in the air probably improves this stress... |

Well, I don't know about 'new', I suffered from it for around 40 years, even as a child.
Many maladies were not well known until the internet allowed people from all over to compare symptoms and research these things.
