Granite is not igneous

Of course your whole argument is ridiculous because of laws of diffusion. Go throw some red food coloring in a tub of water. It spreads until it evens out. But even so, the amount of algae, grass and winter plants alone produce more oxygen than is necessary in winter months.

The amazon rain forest alone produces enough oxygen to sustain life on earth if all other plants, trees and algae were to die. Of course we're tearing that place to shreds, so maybe not anymore.
