30 Oct 2009 // Washington, D.C. - Today, after successfully winning a lawsuit against the Department of Justice, under court order, CREW received documents related to former Vice President Dick Cheney’s interview with the FBI in the investigation into the leak of Valerie Plame Wilson’s covert CIA identity. The transcript reveals that Mr. Cheney – generally credited with razor sharp intellect and recall – demonstrated an astonishing inability to recollect even simple facts much less the numerous conversations others have testified to regarding his involvement in the administration’s efforts to discredit former Ambassador Joe Wilson. Mr. Cheney’s memory frequently failed to improve, even when confronted with his own hand-written notes. The transcript does indicate however, that Mr. Cheney held Mr. Wilson in low regard and called the CIA’s decision to send Mr. Wilson to Niger “amateur-hour.”
Melanie Sloan, executive director of CREW said, “For years the American people have wondered what role Vice President Cheney played in outing former CIA officer Valerie Plame Wilson. While we may never know the whole story, with the release of these documents we are one step closer.” Sloan continued, “In his closing statement at Scooter Libby’s trial, Special Counsel Fitzgerald said a cloud remained over the vice-president. Mr. Cheney’s near total amnesia regarding his role in this monumental Washington scandal – resulting in the conviction of his top aide – shows why.”
Consistent with President Obama’s promise of transparency, the administration did not appeal the court’s order.

At the time of this writing (October 26, 2009, 9 Lamat) we are still in the latter part of the sixth day, the period of flowering in the process from seed to mature fruit in the Galactic Underworld, which precedes the sixth night. As I predicted in an earlier article some economists have now started to say that the “global economic recession” (or the worst of it) is already over. There are however certain things currently going on in the world that belies this and are more in line with the prediction I made earlier of a further economic downturn, especially expressed in a fall in the value of the US dollar, as the sixth night begins. (November 8, 2009 is when the quantum shift in energy takes places in the Heavens, but there is always an uncertainty as to when the new energy lands in the world). This prediction was based on the observation that nights, at least in the second part of an Underworld, usually mean at the very least a slowdown of economic growth. An indication of such an impending downturn at this upcoming night is for instance that there has been a rush for gold, which for the first time passed the magical limit of USD 1000/troy ounce. Moreover, an index of insider trading shows that people knowledgeable about the actual basis for valuing US stock tend to think of this as highly overvalued. Most importantly, increasingly higher voices are now raised in almost all corners of the world for the replacement of the petrodollar system and thus also of the use of the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency. These various indices thus do not indicate that the “recession” is over, but if anything that an intensification of the economic decline, especially in the indebted West, is imminent. It seems that investors are escaping assets in the form of paper or digit values, which is exactly what we would expect from this late phase of the Galactic Underworld, when a shift in consciousness amounting to a shift from abstract to concrete economic values is taking place.

Joseph Moshe (Moshe is the man's middle name) is a bio-scientist. He works (worked?) for a unit within Mossad. He is an Israeli citizen.
The Secret Service was not the agency involved in the surveillance of Moshe at his home in California. This was done by the FBI, who had orders to detain him, or "bring him in."
Moshe did not send a threat to the White House. Rather, he communicated that he intended to go public with information he had regarding the flu vaccine that is being prepared by Baxter Labs, an Austrian company.

Thanks for sending on some of the latest. As I read between lines of Poof, this is in my recollection of his history of past writings one of the first times he is doubting those who have power to do what need be done, doubting if they will just pull the trigger and the rest will get worked out. The county paid JPMorgan and a group of banks $120.2 million in fees for $5.8 billion of derivatives, according to a series of stories published by Bloomberg News in 2005. The payments were about $100 million more than they should have been based on prevailing rates, according to estimates in 2007 by James White, an adviser the county hired after the SEC said it was investigating the deals.
That's six times what they should have cost - that is, six hundred percent of market price or a 500% overcharge.
Must be nice eh? What did they do to get this? Allegedly:
The SEC alleged that JPMorgan, Charles LeCroy, the banker who pitched the refinancing to Jefferson County, and Douglas MacFaddin, the former head of the New York-based bank’s municipal derivatives desk, made more than $8 million in undisclosed payments to close friends of county commissioners. The associates owned or worked at local-broker dealer firms that didn’t do any work on the deals, the SEC said.
Not bad. Pay $8 million in kickbacks and get $100 million in overcharge. The allegedly-bribed weren't very good negotiators - you'd think they would have gotten half, right?
And again, we settle for a fine and of course admit no guilt.
Nov. 4 (Bloomberg) -- JPMorgan Chase & Co. agreed to pay $75 million and forfeit another $647 million in interest-rate swap termination fees to settle a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission probe into the sale of derivatives that helped push Alabama’s most populous county to the brink of bankruptcy.
If I pulled something like this as a person I'd go to prison for a number of years - maybe 10 or more.
Why don't government officials revoke the corporate charters of firms that pull this sort of crap?
It's pretty hard to argue that executives at the top level of a company "didn't know" when you overcharge someone by 500%. It's one thing if you charge someone $100 for a $90 product - it's quite another when you charge someone $120 million for something that is trading in the market for $20 million.

OK who knows Galleon? This was in previous Christor Story threads earlier. Just read these post, there are alot of dots in them and they do start showing up on the lamestream medias, that's the first step. The veil is collapsing.
After the disclosure last week of the OBAMA/CHINA "insider deal" involving the "Missile Technology" transfers which, by the way, caused an explosion of activity around the world, WE then reported this week CHINA had "dumped" its partnership with OBAMA, was screaming their heads off that they wanted the deliveries done NOW, had sent someone over here to see to it deliveries occurred yesterday and had gone to the World Court to obtain a lien against Treasury. BUT remember you are still responsible for what you allow into your thoughts as truths, don't turn you discernment over to anyone lightly. It is time to awaken to your real purpose. I am connecting the event at Ft Hood to this thread. This event happened during the same time that it appears there is heavy traffic on the internet about monies.
One thing is true, if you believe that muslims are evil then you will believe the story that is being told by the media, if you believe that muslims are being treated as a scapegoat then you will believe that the media is fabricating the entire story. This thread holds opinions on both.
I suggest that you look at two facts. There was a horrible emotional event at Ft. Hood today, and there is alot of massive money issues being discussed on the net.
Those are the only truths we have to deal with. Do not allow your emotions to be strung across either of the nets being cast.
