Surviving Fort Hood shooting suspect arrested at golf course, officer says Updated 2334 GMT 05 Nov 2009 A senior officer who was playing golf Thursday near Fort Hood, Texas, told CNN he witnessed the arrest of one of the two surviving suspects of the shooting at the Army installation. Shortly after the shooting, the officer said, military police told him to clear the course and he saw other MPs surround the building that held the golf carts, he said. The senior officer said he ducked into a nearby house for cover as 30 to 40 cars carrying MPs approached. He said he saw a soldier in battle-dress uniform, his hands in the air. The MPs ordered him to lie on the ground and open his uniform, presumably to ensure he was not carrying explosives, the senior officer said. He said an MP told him that authorities considered the man to be a suspect in the shootings after having overheard the man say he was with the shooter. The man was surrounded for 25 to 30 minutes, until a convoy of vehicles arrived, led by a Ford Crown Victoria and carrying men in suits, and he was taken away, the senior officer said.

U.S. MILITARY ON FULL ALERT SINCE MONDAY
With effect from one minute past midnight on Monday morning 9th November (9/11), the US military were placed on high alert.
On both Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th November 2009, very strenuous attempts were made by the international ENFORCEMENT forces (Chinese, British, Swiss etc) with assistance from US agents, to complete the Settlements payments process. On both days, the process was yet again frustrated, and on Monday we were told that the problems arose in the United States. Late on Tuesday British time we were informed that French President Sarkozy was furious at the continued intransigence of the criminal cadre, also known as the Shadow Government (referred to by some US pundits as ‘the Corporation’), which is in the process of being decisively ‘taken down’ 'as we speak'.
• WEDNESDAY 11TH NOVEMBER PM UK: At about 11.15pm UK time we received a call from one of the mentioned US associates to say that impediments* to publishing this report had been reviewed, and on analysis it was felt that publication is necessary given prevailing circumstances. The LIEN can be exercised from this evening Eastern and this is what is currently anticipated.
* By 'impediments' we mean (a) not getting in front of events and (b) trying not to jeopardise bona fide efforts at resolution, i.e. not making life more complicated than is already the case. You can read what is appropriate into the fact that these precautionary concerns have now been discarded.
FIVE MAJOR SPLITS IN THE RANKS ARE NOW IDENTIFIABLE
Five major and critical ‘SPLITS’ within the ‘ranks’ can now be identified:
• First, as indicated in our Update of 9th November [see preceding report dated 7th November carrying the relevant Updates], the core Bush-Clinton ‘Box Gang’ has now SPLIT into at least two warring components, the Bushes and the Clintons (like warfare within a mediaeval satrapy), which are at loggerheads following the events previously described, notably the sequestration of the Bush Sr. accounts in the Caribbean and the violence surrounding the Chinese currency/gold boxes at Fort Hood as reported by this service (as opposed to in the 'mainstream').
We understand that the bitterness between these nests of rats arises from the suspicions entertained by both components that the other has stolen funds from its ‘former’ partners (i.e., rivals), that there are monies lying around which both components are hiding from the other and from authorities, and that each is now out to destroy the other (an accurate assessment).
There is never any love lost between thieves, and these rats have now turned on each other and will be and are being consumed in the process.
The clue that the Box Gang had SPLIT surfaced when The Los Angeles Times reported that joint appearances by William Jefferson Winthrop Clinton 42 and George W. Shrubelgrüber 43, had been abruptly cancelled amid recriminations, as we reported in the Update on 9th November [see the preceding report again]. Our deduction that a complete SPLIT had occurred was subsequently confirmed by sources special to this service.
• Secondly the Agency (CIA, as proxy for the entire corrupted US Intelligence Power) is now at loggerheads with its SPLIT 'Box Gang' criminal finance ‘partners’ and de facto ‘controllers’ (hence, as we have reiterated, the renaming of Langley as the ‘George Bush Center for Intelligence’, a name that the CIA will now have to dispense with in double quick time, as we predicted).
Specifically, the CIA's affairs generally are in total disarray due to its slavish adherence to the agenda of the criminal rats that have controlled it for years, and it has had enough of this garbage.
We can state the above as FACT because the information referencing Malik and Habib Bank [see the preceding report’s Update of 10th November], which implicates the Bush viperocracy and the financing of al-Qaeda, was made available to us in such a manner as to indicate to us very loud and clear that the Agency is indeed at its wits’ end: it has had enough of the Bushrats and Clintvipers.
This NEW REALITY does not impress this service one little bit, given that we have been almost alone in loudly criticising the US Intelligence Power for its serial betrayals of the American people, its endless intermeddling abroad, its filthy Himmlerian MK-Ultra mind-control and abuse operations (duplicated by the US military which is up to its neck in these evils), and all the other abominations that have destroyed its reputation and made it the object of hatred both domestically and around the world. Its new, belated realisation that it must at long last now separate itself from the Shadow Government ‘Box Gang’, as it is brought to its knees, is an act of sheer desperation, arising from the reality that if it fails to separate, then its key figures will be arrested and will all go to jail.
In other words, this evil ‘State within the State’ is only, of course, coming to its senses because the game is up and it has no choice. The lack of leadership from the top naturally speaks for itself.
Note: The repulsive spectacle of Bush Sr.’s agent, Chancellor Frau(d) Merkel, and Mrs Hillary Jezebel Clinton sort of embracing each other in Berlin on Monday (that is to say, several days AFTER Fort Hood and the Bush-Clinton SPLIT) was intended for the cameras and world public consumption only, as well as representing a belated attempt by these two Fraus to see if there is any ‘chemistry’ that can be brought to bear at this late stage to repair the damage that has been done to the ‘Box Gang’. (Answer: No, there isn’t).
• Thirdly, President Sarkozy of France, who was reported to be apoplectic at the sabotage still contrived by remnants of the 'Box Gang’s' apparat, appears to be at loggerheads with Bush 41’s compromised German agent, Chancellor Merkel, who has all along collaborated secretly with Adolf Schickelbusch, Joseph Ackermann of Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Bank et al.
THIS IS HIGHLY SIGNIFICANT, as it means that there is a SPLIT at the core of the European Union Collective, that other pan-German/Abwehr long-range strategic deception operation that's targeted against the European component of the ‘Main Enemy’, Britain.
• Since we are 100% opposed to this insidious and institutionally corrupt, fake supranational non-governance mechanism which, as the Editor’s book The European Union Collective explains, is THE ENEMY OF ITS MEMBER STATES, this development is, naturlich, A GOOD THING.
• In the fourth place, the international community is SPLIT from the United States and its ‘Shadow Government’ personnel occupying the top positions, and has steeled itself to address this menace once and for all, given also that it has no choice. In this connection, the driving seat is decisively occupied by the Chinese parties, the British Monarchical Power and the Swiss elements, backed both by the World Court and by the heavily armed and previously referenced enforcement team operating in the United States (and also now, we believe, elsewhere: see below).
• Finally, there are subsidiary developing SPLITS within the US structures which are partly hidden from view, but which reflect the following basic reality: these compromised structures have been either supporting one or other of the Box Gang components, or else have been wavering between the two. Some elements, such as the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), have been ‘independently’ pursuing their own agendas. ALL such internal tensions have been and are driven exclusively by lust to control the money or tranches thereof – and by NOTHING ELSE.
This indicates what a truly rotten and repulsive scene is unravelling before our eyes: but not YET before the blind eyes of the complacent and controlled or bribed ‘mainstream’ media which ‘cannot see’. Or rather, it would be more accurate to say that these media organisations ‘see with their eyes and hear with their ears’, yet seeing they see not, and hearing they hear not – to paraphrase Isaiah and The Lord. Because: we deny that elements of the ‘mainstream’ have been so crass that they have failed to NOTICE these and related reports: on the contrary, it is known that they have been observed, and deliberately ignored. As reported previously, this has actually been helpful: it has meant that it has not been necessary for time to be wasted ‘educating’ these very complacent and opinionated ‘mainstream’ journalists, who usually ‘know everything’ in advance and would have had to be instructed from base, a tedious process for which no spare time was or is available.
IMMINENT DEVELOPMENTS AS REPORTED TO THIS SERVICE
Hidden SPLITS within the structures are evident, inter alia from the following developments:
• THREE US agencies have been instructed to ENSURE COMPLETION of the Settlements process and to DECAPITATE any opposition.
• Although we believe that the Pentagon leadership under Gates (with its CIA background) has wavered in opportunistic and cowardly fashion like the CIA throughout the maturing of this crisis, failing to do its duty and lusting for the money, it is now in a horrible position where any further prevarication and interference, or to be more precise DERELICTION OF ITS DUTY, will indeed have catastrophic consequences. In fact those consequences are ‘coming down’ anyway: and there’s nothing that the Pentagon’s leadership can do at this late stage to unblock the situation.
Specifically:
(1): The Chinese parties were signing papers at the World Court on 11th November 2009, following preparatory activity on 10th November, to execute their LIEN on the US Treasury. As one of the key aggrieved Beneficiary Owners of the loaned 10,000 tonnes of gold and the currency boxes etc., the World Court powers will enable them to seize US assets around the world within their jurisdictions and probably even on the high seas and at airports, to the value of the stolen/diverted assets.
They have no choice now, given that they acted in good faith; whereas, as usual, the US ‘Shadow Government’ consisting of Fraudulent Finance cadres functioning as though they are bona fide US officials, appointees and legislators, have gone too far, as previously explained.
(2): We understand that a total of 163 prominent individuals, many from Congress, plus George Bush 41, William Clinton 42 and George Bush 43, plus THREE current and former US Supreme Court Justices, will be arrested on the basis of arrest warrants in the light of the continued sabotage and the deadline for the Chinese to implement their LIEN on the US Treasury.
Our sources initially indicated that ‘exposure and lockup orders going all the way to Bush 41’ were extant on 10th November. Separate sources stated to us that these arrests were associated with World Court instructions and warrants which were put into process with effect from the sabotage operation on Tuesday 10th November becoming known.
• It STANDS TO REASON that this state of affairs represents a massive threat to US national security which has been brought about exclusively by the feckless refusal of the US authorities to do what should have been done in 2007, but was aborted because the Bush dynasty was still in power – and by the lust of various components of the structures for ‘the money’, representing corruption on a gargantuan scale arising from George Bush Sr.’s insidious technique of enticing collaboration through the mirage or promise of great riches. That has been the technique used throughout, and its absolute decadence and foul origination is now unveiled for even the most blind observers to see (unless they belong to the ‘mainstream’ media which, like King Zechariah, have had their eyes put out by Nebushchadnezzar and have been transported to Babylon).
(3): We further understand that about 1,600 people around the world will be at the receiving end of arrest warrants and seizure on sight following the generation of these warrants by the World Court in the foregoing context. The aggrieved parties remain unchanged, and are headed by the Chinese authorities and Elders, and the British Monarchical Power.
• You might be inclined to interrupt that ‘we have been here before’, back this time of year in 2007. Yes and no. Yes, because these arrangements were made back then, as we reporeted at the time. No, because the situation is infinitely worse and the Bush component of the Box Gang is no longer in power, even though Mrs Clinton is the US Secretary of State (for how much longer?).
However it’s pointless nit-picking now around that point: the information published above is as reported to us specifically in the current context, which is materially different by an order of magnitude from ‘what went before’. Nevertheless, it is appropriate to add this WARNING:
• One of their standard 'getting out of a hole' techniques is to do JUST ENOUGH to prevent the worst outcome. One must be on guard for precisely such a development. One must also be on guard for the possibility that those doing the enforcement will funk it, or part of their duties. We aren't saying that any of this is likely, but obviously we don't know the outcome or its phases: yet.
NATIONAL SECURITY AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Corollaries to the above include the following:
(a): President Obama is responsible for seeing to it that the necessary Settlements payouts are effected. As previously noted, if his will is flouted, as has been the case hitherto (very charitably assuming that he has not been vacillating between the two wings of the ‘Box Gang’ and was not recruited by them, both of which are highly charitable assumptions in the circumstances), he will remain responsible for the integrity of US national security, whether it’s ‘his fault’ or not. In the prevailing climate we doubt that there will be any time or patience for an impeachment process.
(b): It will have been noted that one of our sources stated on 10th November that ‘EXPOSURE and lockup orders’ had been issued. This implies that the forces in question have belatedly AT LAST UNDERSTOOD that the way to cauterise this cancer is to EXPOSE the filth in all its gory detail for the benefit of the blinded ‘mainstream’ to gorge upon.
• We understand from sources that major exposure in the 'mainstream' media will break next week.
As we pointed out several years ago, ARRESTS SHOULD TAKE PLACE IN FRONT OF THE TV AND PRESS CAMERAS, just as the British Metropolitan Police raids on the ‘Safety Lock Box’ centres on 2nd June 2008 took place in front of pressmen, TV cameras and photographers.
As a veteran publicist, this Editor KNOWS that this is the decisive way forward – having in the past conducted such operations ourselves. The time for pussy-footing around and trying to ‘put things right’ below the radar is OVER. Too much information about this crisis is in the public domain.
A huge public clean-up operation needs to take place under the glare of publicity. The secretive approach should be abandoned, and the filth in the kitchen thrown out for the American people and the Rest of the World to see (and smell). (b): It needs to be clearly understood that the United States has no Government. Separately, there were UNCONFIRMED reports early on 10th November of a heavy influx of US military officers and troops into Israel. Our interim assessment of this was that all those senior US figures with Israeli passports (which were dished out to them some while back) face the opening-up of their lock boxes in Israel and the confiscation of corrupt ‘assets’ stashed therein.
• Moreover sources in Israel informed us at 18:51 UK time on 10th November as follows:
• Joint US/Israeli military drill operations are in process, which are to last for three weeks, involving many American troops and aircraft. Our sources advised:
'What we have noticed for several days are a lot of military helicopters and fighter jets flying over the Sea of Galilee to the Golan Heights at very, very low altitudes (under the radar?), and then disappearing into Syria. Later, they return, again at very low altitudes, almost skimming the water. Back and forth, back and forth, all day'.
'We were in Jerusalem when there was a great deal of unrest (which continues), lots of skirmishes, lots of tension, potential for real trouble'.
• FACT: The trouble in Jerusalem has hitherto been unreported in the Western media. We are advised that the key word here is 'skirmishes', which should be translated as 'search and seize'. See our initial reaction to the outline information, at the top of this segment.

(1): The Chinese parties were signing papers at the World Court on 11th November 2009, following preparatory activity on 10th November, to execute their LIEN on the US Treasury. As one of the key aggrieved Beneficiary Owners of the loaned 10,000 tonnes of gold and the currency boxes etc., the World Court powers will enable them to seize US assets around the world within their jurisdictions and probably even on the high seas and at airports, to the value of the stolen/diverted assets.
They have no choice now, given that they acted in good faith; whereas, as usual, the US ‘Shadow Government’ consisting of Fraudulent Finance cadres functioning as though they are bona fide US officials, appointees and legislators, have gone too far, as previously explained.
(2): We understand that a total of 163 prominent individuals, many from Congress, plus George Bush 41, William Clinton 42 and George Bush 43, plus THREE current and former US Supreme Court Justices, will be arrested on the basis of arrest warrants in the light of the continued sabotage and the deadline for the Chinese to implement their LIEN on the US Treasury.
Our sources initially indicated that ‘exposure and lockup orders going all the way to Bush 41’ were extant on 10th November. Separate sources stated to us that these arrests were associated with World Court instructions and warrants which were put into process with effect from the sabotage operation on Tuesday 10th November becoming known.

It STANDS TO REASON that this state of affairs represents a massive threat to US national security which has been brought about exclusively by the feckless refusal of the US authorities to do what should have been done in 2007, but was aborted because the Bush dynasty was still in power – and by the lust of various components of the structures for ‘the money’, representing corruption on a gargantuan scale arising from George Bush Sr.’s insidious technique of enticing collaboration through the mirage or promise of great riches. That has been the technique used throughout, and its absolute decadence and foul origination is now unveiled for even the most blind observers to see (unless they belong to the ‘mainstream’ media which, like King Zechariah, have had their eyes put out by Nebushchadnezzar and have been transported to Babylon).
(3): We further understand that about 1,600 people around the world will be at the receiving end of arrest warrants and seizure on sight following the generation of these warrants by the World Court in the foregoing context. The aggrieved parties remain unchanged, and are headed by the Chinese authorities and Elders, and the British Monarchical Power.

You might be inclined to interrupt that ‘we have been here before’, back this time of year in 2007. Yes and no. Yes, because these arrangements were made back then, as we reporeted at the time. No, because the situation is infinitely worse and the Bush component of the Box Gang is no longer in power, even though Mrs Clinton is the US Secretary of State (for how much longer?).
However it’s pointless nit-picking now around that point: the information published above is as reported to us specifically in the current context, which is materially different by an order of magnitude from ‘what went before’. Nevertheless, it is appropriate to add this WARNING:

One of their standard 'getting out of a hole' techniques is to do JUST ENOUGH to prevent the worst outcome. One must be on guard for precisely such a development. One must also be on guard for the possibility that those doing the enforcement will funk it, or part of their duties. We aren't saying that any of this is likely, but obviously we don't know the outcome or its phases: yet.
NATIONAL SECURITY AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Corollaries to the above include the following:
(a): President Obama is responsible for seeing to it that the necessary Settlements payouts are effected. As previously noted, if his will is flouted, as has been the case hitherto (very charitably assuming that he has not been vacillating between the two wings of the ‘Box Gang’ and was not recruited by them, both of which are highly charitable assumptions in the circumstances), he will remain responsible for the integrity of US national security, whether it’s ‘his fault’ or not. In the prevailing climate we doubt that there will be any time or patience for an impeachment process.
(b): It will have been noted that one of our sources stated on 10th November that ‘EXPOSURE and lockup orders’ had been issued. This implies that the forces in question have belatedly AT LAST UNDERSTOOD that the way to cauterise this cancer is to EXPOSE the filth in all its gory detail for the benefit of the blinded ‘mainstream’ to gorge upon.

As we pointed out several years ago, ARRESTS SHOULD TAKE PLACE IN FRONT OF THE TV AND PRESS CAMERAS, just as the British Metropolitan Police raids on the ‘Safety Lock Box’ centres on 2nd June 2008 took place in front of pressmen, TV cameras and photographers.
As a veteran publicist, this Editor KNOWS that this is the decisive way forward – having in the past conducted such operations ourselves. The time for pussy-footing around and trying to ‘put things right’ below the radar is OVER. Too much information about this crisis is in the public domain.
A huge public clean-up operation needs to take place under the glare of publicity. The secretive approach should be abandoned, and the filth in the kitchen thrown out for the American people and the Rest of the World to see (and smell). That necessity has arisen because of the feckless cowardice of the US authorities that have failed to address these corruption problems hitherto.
(b): It needs to be clearly understood that the United States has no Government. It has a cadre of criminal operatives and associates, loosely referenced among the cognoscenti as the US element of the ‘Shadow Government’ which has long since hijacked the US Federal Government under the noses of the structures, and which has exploited its power from within the US Intelligence Power precisely by means of the proliferation of its enrichment enticements (bribery and financial reward through trading opportunities, illicit creaming off the top of trades, and participation).
However as George Bush Sr.’s ‘bait and switch’ methodology has laid waste whole communities of investors and has never been amended, the tipping point at which these World-Class criminals had acquired many more enemies than ‘friends’ has long since been surpassed (probably dating from the seizure by the 300+ heavily armed police of those ‘Safety Lock Boxes’ at the three locations in London on 2nd June 2008).
(3): It is pointless speculating at this stage which way all this will devolve, Suffice it to say that the world is at a critical juncture, and the forces that are facing these ruthless criminals down, MUST COMPLETE THE JOB THEY STARTED with no deviation, hesitation, prevarication, pussy-footing or second thoughts. There is no turning back. GET THE JOB DONE AND STOP THE ROT NOW.

This will be my last broadcast here on CNN, where I’ve worked for most of the past 30 years, and where I have many friends and colleagues whom I admire deeply and respect greatly.
I’m the last of the original anchors here on CNN and I’m proud to have had the privilege to helping to build the world’s first news network.
I’m grateful for the many opportunities that CNN has given me over these many years. I’ve tried to reciprocate with a full measure of my ability and my energy.
Over the past six months it’s become increasingly clear that strong winds of change have begun buffeting this country and affecting all of us, and some leaders in media, politics and business have been urging me to go beyond the role here at CNN and to engage in constructive problem solving as well as to contribute positively to the great understanding of the issues of our day. And to continue to do so in the most honest and direct language possible.
I’ve talked extensively with Jonathan Klein — Jon’s the president of CNN — and as a result of those talks, Jon and i have agreed to a release from my contract that will enable me to pursue new opportunities.
At this point, I’m considering a number of options and directions, and I assure you, I will let you know when I set my course. I truly believe that the major issues of our time include the growth of our middle class, the creation of more jobs, health care, immigration policy, the environment, climate change, and our military involvement, of course, in Afghanistan and Iraq.
But each of those issues is, in my opinion, informed by our capacity to demonstrate strong resilience of our now weakened capitalist economy and demonstrate the political will to overcome the lack of true representation in Washington, D.C.
I believe these to be profoundly, critically important issues, and I will continue to strive to deal honestly and straightforwardly with those issues in the future.
Unfortunately, these issues are now defined in the public arena by partisanship and ideology rather than by rigorous, empirical thought and forthright analysis and discussion. I’ll be working diligently to change that as best i can. And as for the important work of restoring inspiration to our great free society and our market economy, I will strive as well to be a leader in that national conversation.

Hoekstra: White House Blocking Investigation of Fort Hood Massacre

Rep. Pete Hoekstra, the top Republican on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, tells Newsmax that the White House intervened to keep him from obtaining critical information regarding the Fort Hood murders.
The Michigan legislator also warned that "homegrown jihadism" is a real threat to the U.S., and said a thorough investigation of Major Nidal Hasan, the Army psychiatrist accused of the Fort Hood massacre, would help authorities learn how to deal with it.
Rep. Hoekstra charged in a statement on Monday that the Obama administration was withholding information and demanded that the Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, the National Security Agency and the Director of National Intelligence preserve documents relating to the incident for use in any future investigation.
Newsmax.TV's Ashley Martella asked him about that charge.
"On Friday afternoon I asked the director of national intelligence [Dennis Blair] to get a briefing," Hoekstra said. "We were already starting to hear that Major Hasan had some connection back to the Middle East, perhaps some jihadist link, and I just asked the DNI: Would you share with me the information you have available at this time?
"He indicated that he would give me a call back and let me know. He contacted me on Saturday and said, I think we're going to make this work. A couple of hours later he called back and said, between the lines, I've been overruled by the White House. There will be no briefing for you this weekend, and early next week on Tuesday we'll give you a briefing.
"Well, there was no reason why we couldn't be briefed on the information they had at that time. I get suspicious when they don't give us the information that we're looking for, especially when they're going to give it to us in a very limited form, perhaps only to me and the chairman of the whole committee. That's when my suspicions were raised.

(Oct. 14, 2009) — What most people know is that the Associated Press (AP) is one of the largest, internationally recognized, syndicated news services. What most people don’t know that is in 2004, the AP was a “birther” news organization.
How so? Because in a syndicated report, published Sunday, June 27, 2004, by the Kenyan Standard Times, and which was, as of this report, available at
Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.
This report explains the context of the oft cited debate, between Obama and Keyes in the following Fall, in which Keyes faulted Obama for not being a “natural born citizen”, and in which Obama, by his quick retort, “So what? I am running for Illinois Senator, not the presidency”, self-admitted that he was not eligible for the office. Seeing that an AP reporter is too professional to submit a story which was not based on confirmed sources (ostensibly the Obama campaign in this case), the inference seems inescapable: Obama himself was putting out in 2004, that he was born in Kenya.
The difficulty in finding this gem of a story is hampered by Google, which is running flak for Obama: because if you search for “Kenyan-born US Senate” you wont find it, but if you search for the phrase without quotes you will find links which talk about it.

Readers should take note that this AP story, was syndicated world-wide, so you should be able to find it in major newspapers, archived in libraries world-wide. If any reader does this, please let The Post & Email know, so that we can publish a follow up-story. You can scrub the net, but scrubbing libraries world-wide is not so easy.
Hanen of Sentinel Blog Radio broke the public news of the existence of this AP story at on October 14, 2009 at 12:31 pm. However, The Post & Email can confirm that a professional investigator had uncovered this story months ago, and that certified and authenticated copies of this report, meeting Federal Rules of evidence, have already been prepared and archived at many locations nationwide.
It should be noted that on January 8, 2006, the Honolulu Advertiser also reported that Barack Hussein Obama was born outside the United States.
A Chronology of Deceit
One can now ask an important question which has not yet been emphasized enough: “Just when did Obama begin to publically claim he was born in Hawaii?” This question is distinct from the question, “Just where in fact was Obama born?”, and from the other question, “What do official documents say about where he was born?”
Regarding his claims, we can summarize what is known:
1. As of Monday, Aug. 28, 2006, Obama’s Campaign was putting out that he was born in Hawaii. This is known from the introductory speech given by Prof. George A. O. Magoha, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Nairobi, on the occasion of a speech given there by Senator Obama that day. (One presumes that the Vice-Chancellor was given notes from the Obama campaign, as is customary on such occasions)
2. From the newspaper reports above, it is clear that the Obama campaign was putting out that he was born in Kenya, or overseas, during the period of June 27, 2004, until January 8, 2006.
3. In October of 2004, during the ABC Chicago Affiliate’s broadcast of the Obama-Keyes debates, Obama openly admitted — he conceded — that he was not a natural born citizen. (C-Span aired the uncut version of the debates, which contained this exchange, in the second half of April, 2005)
4. It is known from a classmate of Obama at Harvard University, that while at Harvard, Obama at least on one occasion admitted that he was born in Kenya. (This friend went on record on a call in radio program in Idaho in early July, 2009)
If any reader can find a link which documents a claim to a birth location before Aug. 28th, 2006, which differs from this timeline or which supports it; please let The Post & Email know of it, by posting it in the comment section below.
In a follow up report, The Post & Email has published a brief analysis of the Google Newspaper archive, which shows that Obama’s story changed after June 27, 2004.

WE have tried to address these questions publicly before. We will try again in short form as it would require pages to describe each individual happening.
First, WE, on behalf of participants, have offered many times to deliver the packs ourselves. Or to have participants pick them up at regional locations. The reason this can't be allowed, as WE understand it, and beyond the obvious security issues,, is because the physical packs are worthless until the contents are made live by the "victory" of the new banking system and the defeat of the Corporation/Octopus. In other words all steps are tied together and must be formally completed in such a way that recipients are not at risk by bad guys using such as the Patriot Act and HLS to "pick them up". Is this really that hard to understand? There is no "partial victory" such as finding a way to "sneek" the packs into our hands. The OCTOPUS must be defeated and is being defeated in such an all encompassing way that the Carriers themselves are overcome, their Unions are overcome, Carlyle OBAMA and HLS are overcome. Even the media's blockage of announcements had to be overcome so that what you perceive as victory, delv of the packs, is "backed up" by the banking, the announcements, in short-the DEFEAT of all that blocked implementation of the new by holding onto the Fiat currency, the Ponzi Banking, and the corruption of the Corporation and its Employees, the Politicians. All this has been accomplished (is being accomplished) and the Illuminati, in the person of Obama, his Unions, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc . implementing his orders are acting out their increasingly feeble death throws. The details of all this has been explained dozens of times in dozens of ways and we are at our wits end with peoples inability to grasp the big picture of it and the daily details of it.
The transportation aspect is being overcome right now on an hourly basis by The World Court and that too has been explained in detail. Although WE sometimes identify the actual carrier problem of the day including naming them, what difference does it make? Overcoming their blockage as ordered by others is not your job or mine, it is being handled. On occasion packs have reached the local levels and on occasion have actually been on the trucks and scheduled for delivery within moments when then called back on orders of Obama or some entity working for or ALLIED WITH HIM. More often the packs reach only the regional distribution points before being turned around. On occasion the planes have been turned around having never landed. On occasion the planes took the packs to Military Base locations to hide them for a few days or hours AS REPORTED IN THESE UPDATES EVERY
TIME.
If "the people" can't read, if the people can't retain what they read, if the people don't want to believe what is written/reported there is nothing WE can do about any of that..

Dodd's reform plan takes aim at the Fed
Curbs on central bank are at odds with administration's vision

The chairman of the Senate Banking Committee on Tuesday unveiled a sweeping regulatory reform bill that would strip the Federal Reserve of nearly all of its power to oversee banks, setting up a possible clash with the Obama administration, which has argued for the central bank to play a pivotal role in addressing financial threats.
The legislation promoted by Sen. Christopher J. Dodd (D-Conn.) would impose the most fundamental change in the Fed's mission since the Great Depression, leaving it responsible for little besides setting monetary policy. Senior administration officials and Fed leaders, by contrast, have urged that the central bank retain its power to oversee large and complex financial firms whose collapse could endanger the global system.
Dodd's bill not only abandons the proposal that the Fed take the role of regulating potential risk to the financial system, but it also would remove the Fed's responsibilities for overseeing consumer protection and bank regulation.
"We saw over the last number of years when they took on consumer protection responsibilities and the regulation of bank holding companies, it was an abysmal failure," Dodd said.
If he can persuade a majority of Senate Democrats to sign on to his proposal, his vision for regulatory reform could prove tough to derail. While the House is also considering a bill on financial regulation, the Senate debate could be decisive because its final version would be more difficult to change given the challenge of garnering the necessary votes there.

The legislation reflects the wide disdain for the Fed held by many on Capitol Hill and in the public. Often faulted by critics as too powerful and largely unaccountable to lawmakers, the central bank's standing deteriorated in recent years as it failed to foresee, much less prevent, the financial crisis. Its massive bailout of American International Group and other financial firms has also been unpopular with many in Congress, who see these actions as proof that the Fed is beholden to big banks.
"When it comes to systemic risk and things like that, the Fed knows these markets better than anyone else," said Sen. Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.), another member of the Banking Committee. But he added, "Whether rightfully or wrongly, [the Fed] is highly unpopular with the left and the right."
Fed leaders have previously argued that they need to regulate banks as part of their mission to guide the overall economy, and they defend actions taken during the financial crisis as necessary to avert a far worse recession. But while the Fed could now be headed into a battle with key senators, central bank officials avoided an open conflict Tuesday as a spokeswoman said only that the central bank is reviewing Dodd's proposal.
With few champions among lawmakers, the Fed may now have to depend on its allies in the administration, which finds itself in an awkward position, congressional sources said. Obama's top economic officials, who argued for months that the system for regulating financial markets needed a major overhaul, now see an effort in the Senate that is more ambitious.
"Dodd is basically starting out by out-reforming the administration," said a senior congressional staff member, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to comment.
Administration officials are taking a long view, aware that legislating such major changes would involve many twists and turns before they're finally adopted. The officials also noted that the bill is similar to the administration's plan in significant ways, such as imposing tough new capital standards on banks, punishing big financial firms for reckless behavior and creating a new agency to protect consumers of mortgages, credit cards and other financial products.
"Chairman Dodd's draft bill moves us one step closer toward comprehensive financial reform," Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner said. "We look forward to working with the chairman and his committee in the coming weeks on a set of strong reforms to strengthen consumer protection, crack down on excessive risk-taking, and stabilize the financial system while protecting the taxpayer."

One of the oldest scams is making a brick of tungsten and covering the brick with gold, sealing all the edges and covering the whole surface with real gold.
A London Good Delivery Gold Brick is a 400 oz gold brick, stamped on the bottom with the assayer (e.g. Johnson Mathey). The stamp would have the serial number and the weight of the bar to 3 decimal places.
If I were to buy gold from London and ship to say the bank of Nova Scotia, Scotia Macotta, the agent for the bank and for me would guarantee to me the purity and the weight.
For this I pay insurance, shipping fees and storage fees. If the gold comes from their own inventory, they would not assay. If it comes from another vault, then one or two bricks would be assayed.
The assay requires a hole to be drilled to make sure that gold is uniform. The core and the brick is then heated and reweighed and stamped and that new brick would have Good Delivery Status.
It would be a nightmare to assay every brick that comes to a bank.
It now seems that the Chinese asked for an assay on some of their bricks and lo and behold, some were filled with Tungsten. You can imagine the nightmare that this presents itself.

That was quite the bombshell from Rob Kirby yesterday about the "good delivery" bars filled with tungsten. When I was a bullion dealer, I was always on the lookout for counterfeits and tampered bars. In the last PM bull market, some 100 oz silver bars were drilled and filled with lead. However, this can be easily detected by weighing with a decent scale, as lead has a different density than silver.
However, the tungsten filled gold bars indicate a very sophisticated fraud. Not only is tungsten cheap, it has the SAME density as gold - 19.3 g/cc. Assuming the ends are sealed smoothly, you can touch and weigh the bars all you want, you can't be sure they are pure gold without cutting into them. Panic is likely to break out among professionals as the news of this fraud spreads. If you can't trust the "good delivery" bars what can you trust? These are supposed to have a guaranteed purity and then never leave the custody of trusted individuals so that investors don't have to assay them. Who knows what will be found as more large investors demand full audits?
It's amazing how lately so many gold stories back up GATA research. GATA has pointed out repeatedly that swapping, leasing, and paper games were necessary to keep the gold price down as the central banks didn't have the metal they claimed. Here is yet another instance of investors believing they hold X amount of bullion but in reality owning a mere fraction. It's a Ponzi scheme just like the Madoff scandal, and will end just as badly.

We also know that China has publicly announced that they are recalling ALL gold being safekept in London and other cities and moving it to Hong Kong. If there is a game of musical chairs being played with 400 oz. bullion bars, that may be related to the China situation. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that a massive trend of legal owners of physical bullion are seeking to take actual physical possession of the gold they own, or at least move it to a depository they can monitor. Given the size of the "paper short" position vs. physical supply, I suspect we are on the cusp of seeing the massive shortage of physical vs. paper outstanding exposed, masssive defaults on paper obligations, and a MASSIVE move higher in the price of gold.
I also suspect that China's announcement that they may default on oil derivatives a few weeks ago may be related to the risk they feel they are exposed to of the UK and US banks defaulting on gold/silver contracts.

I can see gold auditors descending both of our foreign depositories and I can assure you that French authorities are now descending into their vaults beneath the Seine River to conduct assays on every gold brick that they have received in trade with other nations.

It has become rather common for us to receive word from multiple sources in Europe and Asia that disclosures in these updates have caused still another "explosion" over there as The Countries and others learn about then confirm the Intell provided then "explode" over the sabotage and subterfuge being disclosed at the time.

WE have withheld this until now as the blockage of each trade and the return of the packs to D.C. led us to believe their sabotage had finally been over come and the packs, having arrived back in D.C., were finally on their way to our doors. Now that the cat is out of the bag via last nights disclosures WE have decided to follow the lead of other overnight updates and to go ahead and tell the world that what they are doing is not a "one off" operation but rather an ongoing sabotage amounting to 20/25 movements of the packs over International Borders while the entire world was being lied to daily.
These endeavors began with Prince Charles visit to the Canadian town as reported by several messengers some weeks ago. He, the Queen, OBAMA and the CANADA FAMILIES have been the leaders of this sabotage operation from the beginning the purpose of which was to trade the F&P funds belonging to the program participants and using the packs as collateral for the attempted but mostly failed trades. The successful trades were seized. Documentation shows that BUSH, CLINTON and "others" were responsible for the package movements into CANADA on certain occasions.

The tensions are OLD, attributable at this juncture EXCLUSIVELY to rogue official US BANDITRY: it is not a question of relations suffering in the future: they ARE suffering, and President Obama is specifically and instrumentally, it can now clearly be seen, presiding over this worsening crisis by his OBTUSE BEHAVIOUR in stealing and/or diverting assets and loan money belonging to foreign sovereign powers.

'If we don't solve some of those problems, then I think both economically and politically it will put enormous strains on the relationship'.
Which, being interpreted, means: I am travelling to China having created the pre-arranged verbal pretext to enable me to walk out or create a scene when the Chinese give me a piece of their mind.
For of course the problems at this late stage centre around the criminalised US authorities' bovine refusal to behave in a civilised manner, their insistence on honing the United States' reputation as a pariah state bent on doing as it likes and trampling on the Rest of the World, and their penchant for stealing the assets of others ALL THE TIME, with no discontinuity, TOTAL RUTHLESSNESS, no pity, no repentance, no mercy and NO INTENTION OF CHANGING THEIR EVIL WAYS.

As we have indicated before, one very large media corporation is known to have taken a bribe of $1.68 billion from the manipulators, while we have anedotal evidence of another two bribes, one of $500 million and another of $2.0 billion.
So for Obama to spiel about 'freedom of the press' stinks, as does his reference to 'freedom of religion': as long as it's not freedom to teach children in school the Word of God by Jesus Christ. • UPDATED UPDATE: We are informed that the information fed to the British press that Obama was leaving for Alaska and his Asian trip on the morning of 12th November may be FALSE, and that in fact the 'President' FLEW OUT LAST NIGHT [11th November]. I am a Freedom lender. As such, I have, as do all Freedom lenders, an official source of information for updates. It is not Casper, Whisleblower, Poof, Trustee, Dove, Story, etc.
We are not allowed to post our private updates in public. So, I cannot and will not disclose what we are being told along offical channels. However, being that some of the unoffical sources are fighting amongst each other, I would like to remind all of us about one thing that is often overlooked when we are trying to take sides and play "my source is better than your source".
We often overlook the events of May 13, 2009, when a great many of the Freedom lenders received phone calls with notification of future contact about where to go to retrieve their Freedom Packs. The day before this event, it was Casper who correctly predicted it. We did not even get a heads up from our official contact about it.
A lot of people like to bash Casper because his "packie ping pong" reports are a bit hard to imagine. I agree, they sure are hard to imagine. However, given what is at stake, are these stories any more unbelieveable than what we know to be true about history itself? Casper has often written that he does not know everything. He passes along info that he later admits were lies by those pretending to be good people. However, I feel he is sincere and does have lines of intelligence that go very deep into the inner workings of the current efforts by the forces of good who are bringing us change we can really believe in, and moreso, need badly. We better hope there is indeed a new monetary system coming, as the current one is going to sink this nation if left alone.
Remember your Roman history. Caesar marched on Rome with one legion of 5000 men and succeeded in effecting change against vastly superior numbers. Don't believe for one second that a handful of determined men working for the good of all cannot do the same agaist the current system. After all, it was a handful of determined men who, against all odds, gave us the US Constitution, and later, a handful of bad men, the Federal Reserve.
So, in my book, Casper is the only one who has correctly predicted a key event in the unfolding of the Freedom programs. I think he deserves credit for this.
In closing, when intented events do not come to pass, it is not always because of any effort to deceive, but rather from efforts to stop or prevent. Our own Freedom updates are always predicting victory around the next corner because that is the intention of those fighting for it. That such a victory has not transpired yet is not due to trickery, but due to vast efforts to prevent them from happening. After all, what could be gained by bad people if their intent was to steal money from the lenders and then pass on years of fake updates with no additional financial gain? I don't see the logic in that.
I think we are close and gaining the upper ground. Let's wait and see.

At this present time, I have a suspicious feeling such questions are being pushed my way, as a form of entrapment, deliberate incitement, subversion, or otherwise, etc, to give Casper, Bellringer, and co, credibility.
As I have stated earlier in a previous posting, I think we hit some very raw nerves with Casper and Bellringer, and they just have to get their own back. What Childish Games these people play. Sorry, we play on a more adult responsible field, so you need to play on your own.
Within your question you mention about an article it is claimed I gave an interview, yet you do not either quote that article or reference it to any url address.
Let it be clearly known that I have never, and I mean NEVER, given interviews of any description to anyone, mainly because we are not allowed to, but irrespective of that factor, I just don’t want to be embodied with the corrupt media, no matter what type of media it is. I therefore can not see how my claimed interview comments can actually be attached to the bottom of this particular article.
You also mention about the Chinese. If you are so adamant that the Chinese are in Charge (which is total BS and Misinformation created by LIARS AND CHEATS) ask them to provide you, and subsequently I, all the pertinent documentation to substantiate their claim. I guarantee to you 100% that they will never provide such documentation because they do not hold such documentation that empowers them. I know what I am looking for, or at, so I will be able, within a very short space of time, to establish what those documents are, if ever provided.
I have, sometime ago, already explained this to Bellringer of Fourwinds10.com, who didn’t take any notice and has never provided any proof of his claims, yes his claims not yours; nor has he been able to substantiate any of his claims, at any time, that the Chinese were in charge.

My offer, if accepted, which I very much doubt will be accepted, will resolve the problems once and for all, and prevent any further distress or concerns of those involved.
I can confirm that nobody, and I mean NOBODY, will be allowed to obstruct me or any person that I engage, when undertaking such duties of Delivery, if this offer is accepted.
I also undertake to keep all persons involved, notified of progress and completion of this task which may, or may not be assigned to me.
I look forward to discussing these matters with the appropriate persons / authorities and making the necessary arrangements to conduct the fastest possible delivery of claimed “Packs”.
