Gold price hits record high as dollar wanes

Gold prices hit a record above 1,100 dollars on Monday with the dollar weakening after a pledge by G20 countries to keep economic recovery pumped up with easy money.
In morning trading here, gold struck an all-time peak of 1,109.50 dollars an ounce as the euro rose to 1.50 dollars for the first time in two weeks.
Gold "established itself above the psychological (1,100-dollar) level this morning as ministers at the weekend G20 meeting pledged to maintain their fiscal stimulus measures," said James Moore, an analyst at TheBullionDesk.com.
The governments of the world's biggest and top emerging economies said in a statement over the weekend that "recovery is uneven and remains dependent on policy support."
And "to restore the global economy and financial system to health, we agreed to maintain support for the recovery until it is assured," the G20 said in a communique issued after a finance ministers' meeting in Scotland.
The International Monetary Fund meanwhile said on Saturday that emergency stimulus measures must remain to avoid endangering a "nascent" economic recovery.

The underling treasury instruments, (cash) bonds, notes and bills will deviate into some type of spiral. Have you ever spent years of your life observing the skies in Mayan lands and following the old cycles to predict planetary movements? Have you ever spoken with a real time keeper? Or have you just watched some white guy's video, read some books and fancy yourself an expert?

Bullshit. Most of them live in small villages growing corn and beans to feed their families. No indigenous group that I know lives completely according to ancient ways, because these are not ancient times. But there are people who still safeguard the ancient knowledge and traditions. These people are very humble and never call attention to themselves.
Tulum is a tourist haven. I love it there, but it is hardly a place where real Mayas live. The closest Mayan communities are the ejidos around Felipe Carrillo Puerto. Try living in places like Socoltenango, Zoh Laguna, Nunkini, Hecelchakan, Becal, Chilon, Acteal, Aguacatenango. Those are places where people still speak their languages, and live more like their ancestors.
If you understand a bit of Yucatecan Maya, you will also know that Mayas speak in riddles. You will also know that they don't even call themselves Mayas. They are Halach Uinic. If you are so widely traveled, I assume you know that a Yucatecan Mayan doesn't consider himself related to a Mayan from Guatemala or Chiapas, and that their language is more similar to the Tenec language, which is not even considered a Mayan nation than any of the dialects in the rest of the southeast. There is no true cultural bond between them, it is something invented by anthropologists and linguists who love to categorize.
I guess you also know that the calendar did not originate with the Mayans, and there is ample proof that it was used as far away as the Valley of Mexico, at least a thousand years before the Mayans ever existed.
I guess you are going to tell me that people from outside the Mayan tradition know more about their history and past than the descendants of the ancestors.
