So medical treatment outside of the "allowed or covered" one can be fined, penalized even more according to the DICTATES of the king commissioner...like if ones income changed and they did not report in a timely fashion or inaccurate info_with this document it would be VERY EASY TO MAKE A MISTAKE AND THEIR WORD WILL BE LIKE THE MEDICAL COPS...
