Women, what the one thing you hate about men's bodies?
|
Anonymous Coward User ID: 800585 11/2/2009 9:48 AM | | Re: Women, what the one thing you hate about men's bodies? | Quote |
Why do I get the feeling that women tend to think men stink? Are we really that dirty? Doesn't that cause some paradox or something in that many women tend to find a man who looks like he was working sexy? I mean, how do you physically work and not stink? Or is it simply a pleasant view from across the room that is quickly ruined once you approach and breech the scent barrier?
Every girlfriend I ever had claimed to love the way I smelled once I got home from work - like oil, grease, and sweat (of course that was probably why those women in particular where my girlfriends).
Women have a better sense of smell than men. And yes, the sweat of a hard day's work is a turn-on, but it depends on the man; I loved my ex's natural scent. Have not been able to get near another man since we split, they all smell bad to me in comparison.
Dirty unwashed butt is the worst smell, whether on a kid or a woman or a man.
Interesting! Yes I have observed that a woman's sense of smell is far more acute than a man's. My wife always smells odours that I can't detect and body odour is one of them. I am a part time masseur and body odour is one thing I can't abide especially on me! Several years ago, I picked up a germ from a client – don’t know who, and the slightest scratch on my skin would erupt into boil like infections. When I realised what was happening, I changed my washing and showering cleanser to a surgical grade hand and body wash. Before having a shower, I lather my body, clean my teeth and have a shave, so the cleanser has time to work. This not only cleared up the bug but also got rid of ALL offensive body odours!! I haven’t used deodorant for years, my feet no longer smell and generally my skin is healthy! My wife swears that I don’t smell even after a hard days manual labour and I do a lot of that!
So you want to control BO and foot odour? Get yourself some surgical wash and get rid of your normal soaps and cleansers! The normal stuff just doesn’t work.
As an intellectual and individual who has altered his diet to the extremes of human tolerance, your reference to "surgical grade hand and body wash" came as something genuinely new.
I am, however, dismayed you did not indicate where you purchased such items, what the specific names you used were, nor did you indicate whether or not they can be purchased locally or online.
Please elaborate further with more information regarding what you used. This will personally aide me in finally ridding myself of the parasitical organism's waste on my body as they continue to die off internally. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 800585

It's a very rare woman who takes care of herself after she gets married and has kids. Then they think they have a free pass to not care with how they look. They wear gym clothes, cut there hair into a "mom" look, get fat, watch Oparah and generally quit trying to look sexy at all. You can tell a married mom from a mile away.
On top of that...there is nothing more unattractive than watching a woman yelling and getting after her kids...yuck!
I really don't think they give a shit about attracting you when they are chasing after their kids.
Getting a good night's sleep is more important than sex to tired moms. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 802124

I didn't read all the replies, but I won't look twice at a man that has manicured hands, has had facials, colors his hair, goes golfing every night and wears penny loafers - yuck.
I'm looking for real -
I want a man who can fix something that breaks (the hands tell it all) - does a hard days work. And, I don't mind a midnight shadow, back hair, body hair - I think it's gross when a man shaves bald...
I'm want real, not superficial.
And please........ I can't stand seeing your underwear hanging out of the back of your pants - put on a BELT~ and who gives a flying flip about 200 sneakers. Get some work boots and GET A JOB~! |

Installing a Husband,
Dear Tech Support,
Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a distinct slow down in overall system performance, particularly in the flower and jewelry applications, which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0.
In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as
Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, and then installed undesirable programs such as
NBA 5.0,
NFL 3.0 and
Golf Clubs 4.1.
Conversation 8.0 no longer runs, and Housecleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system.
Please note that I have tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.
What can I do?
Signed,
Desperate.
DEAR DESPERATE,
First, keep in mind,
Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system.
Please enter command: ithoughtyoulovedme.html, try to download Tears 6.2, and do not forget to install the Guilt 3.0 update.
If those applications work as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewelry 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.
However, remember, overuse of the above application can cause Husband 1.0 to default to
Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0, or Beer 6.1.
Please note that Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will download the Snoring Loudly Beta.
Whatever you do, DO NOT under any circumstances install Mother-In-Law 1.0 (it runs a virus in the background that will eventually seize control of all your system resources.)
In addition, please do not attempt to reinstall the Boyfriend 5.0-program. This is an unsupported application and will crash Husband 1.0.
In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly. You might consider buying additional software to improve memory and performance. We recommend
Cooking 3.0 and
Hot Lingerie 7.7.
Good Luck!

Hey I just wish the real men would take better care of themselves. If they want us to look like beauty queens 24/7, then what's your excuse fellas? And don't give us that BS line, "I don't have the time." You'd better make the time to keep yourselves clean and healthy. What's good for the goose is good for the gander, right? Quoting: hawk8414
correct, I shave my wifes legs, pits ,pubes and she shaves my face , pubes ,unwanted chest hair( her decision) and then we take a shower washing each others bodies and when showered and clean off to the bedroom for some great fun.
shower every day ,make sure I am clean and smell good for my wife . |

Fella's... if you have a problem with foot odor, it might be your shoes that are causing it. I had a pair of newbalance shoes that smelled awful. The company said they were entry level shoes (purchased at shoe carnival) and replaced them for me. Some other inexpensive shoes do the same thing.
If it's not the shoes, a zinc lozenge 2-3 times a week helps a lot. (too much intake of zinc over time might/could cause digestive upset) |

The only common male flaw I've ever found particularly offensive is dirty hands (and feet) with jagged, untrimmed nails. Not only is it ugly, but kills desire when a scratch or infection results from this lack of good hygiene.

I prefer skinny men. I've found that they have bigger cocks. After several disappointing experiences with bigger men who looked like they'd be well endowed but turned out to have micro penises, I met my husband. I joke with him that God gave him weight in the right place! Give me a skinny guy any day over a chunky one. |

rasmussen User ID: 383866 11/2/2009 1:33 PM | | Re: Women, what the one thing you hate about men's bodies? | Quote | My biggest complaint is with a man who isn't observant and caring about what they observe. Of course women can be overly "observant" and obsessed with confrontation and codependent about fixing people, but it's nice to be around a man whose eyes are open and can scan a room and assess how everyone is doing or feeling.
Actually, I've seen guys be more observant with their friends on guys night out; even with any ruthless teasing you can feel a mutual support and...well a love/fraternity that is very social and freeing. Sometimes these guys go home and disconnect from their wives and children and colleagues, pining after the relative high of being with their buddies.
I would speculate that this means a lot of men aren't happy with their jobs and don't have enough close male friends...maybe a hunting party cell memory or something like that, where they could be a bit wild and free, independent but together, doing something a bit dangerous but that made them feel alive...with sharpened senses, busily calculating tactics and angles, relying on each other without the distraction of competing for women or keeping them happy.
So....I'm saying I can understand why some men are disconnected at home, but it's a real pain in the ass to always fuss over everyone's feelings and have a guy just sit there moodily or not even notice that their kids are self destructive or sad, or that their wives are miserable and lonely.
I'm sure women have a cell memory too of being with piles of women all the time (and perhaps some of the tribe's gay men), not shut up at home alone with the kids, or shut up in a car, or at work surrounded by people not of her choosing. I wonder what it is that gives women that sense of being alive and free and intensely happy or focused? I think we mistakenly think it's the constant attentions of an ever-present man.

I really don't understand this new Gen Y woman...The 'dorky looking', really skinny man is the new Marlon Brando or James Dean to them. I grew up in the 80's and 90's [I'm now 39] and we grew up with these 'old school' type of strong, cool men as our role models...[still a bit shallow on our part] but these Archetypal Alpha men were still what we fashioned ourselves after....but what the hell happened? Feminized, estrogen-pumped men are the 'new' sex symbols?
WTF? |

Most are shallow minded bith#hes , but there are some skinny women that are pleasant to be around as they think for themselves and do not follow the trends set by hollywood or some blonde bimbo actress.
I will gladly shave my wifes legs, pubes and wash every inch of her body and pay her special attention at all times.
She enjoys it and so do I . Just start asking your man to help you shave ,shower and you do the same for him and have fun sharing your thought when doing it and you both will see changes. |
