Does anyone know the scientific odds of the cell ariving from total random events that caused non organic matter to create organic matter?

Anyone then know the odds that our moon would be the correct distance from our planet in order to sustain the life on this planet? To turn the tides?

Anyone know the odds of a human being able to stand on the surface of this planet and look into the sky and see that very moon cross directly in front of that sun and have both shapes fit within one another perfectly from our vantage point to form a solar eclipse?

These cell structures and stuff are man-made abstractions. "Stuff" at a microscopic scale are more like energy signals (amplitudes) and "foggy" clouds of "stuff" that man seeks to interpret and categorize so that they can erect institutions claiming to know this "stuff".
