Minus the cow pus and pseudo onion, i'd try it. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 736158I don't like pseudo onion either, but I can never get enough cow pus, except my cow doesn't give pus because she lives on pasture and gets to eat grass and play in the sun with her baby all day, and at night, when I milk her, she comes into a clean, bedded stall with fresh water. her scc is almost zero. Her clean raw milk makes excellent butter, cheese, yogurt, sour cream, ice cream, just plain milk, well you get the idea. And because it is raw, it is full of beneficial enzymes and bacteria! Who'd a thunk that raw milk from a HEALTHY cow that gets to go OUTSIDE and eat GRASS would have beneficial bacteria, and that natural enzymes present in the milk would kill the harmful bacteria naturally? Pasteurization destroys the enzymes, making it much easier for you to get salmonella from contaminated pasteurized milk than from raw milk from a healthy cow. Pasteurization also denatures proteins in the milk, rendering them indigestible (mimics lactose intolerance) or even harmful. Homogenization monkeys with the fat globules, rendering them (pun intended) much more likely to cross directly into the bloodstream and be deposited in inappropriate places, like your arterial walls. Yet raw milk is hard to come by, illegal even in many states, and we can get homogenized, pasteurized milk at the gas station. Of course, the laws against raw milk are for your safety, you know. The government is just looking out for your best interests. Sorry to go off OP. Your dinner sounded lovely. I would have carmelized some onions for you if I were there. Then you wouldn't have had to use that onion powder! |
