Solar winds no longer match the historical averages Hydrogen (95%) and Helium (4%) and Carbon, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Neon, Magnesium, Silicon and Iron (~1%). Often they have been about half of their historical averages since about 1999 . So for about 10 years now we have been watching the UV spectrum also change . This change is perhaps because the Sun is adjusting to a further decrease in Helium . While it is much hotter in some spectrums in others it is actually darker so cooler , However this heat is not allowed to escape . Thus effecting the magnetism and the speeds that the Jetstream the Great Conveyor Belt of the Sun turn. We know this by watching TSI "Total Solar Irradiance" . We also know that magnetism continues to wane. There have been times during 2009 that even those record Low numbers from 2009 have been taken out and not so much a mention . The NICT & ACE charts are simply not created to record some of the very low readings so the data box wouls appear empty

For two days in May, 1999, the solar wind that blows constantly from the Sun virtually disappeared -- the most drastic and longest-lasting decrease ever observed.
According to observations from the ACE spacecraft, the density of helium in the solar wind dropped to less than 0.1% of its normal value, and heavier ions, held back by the Sun's gravity, apparently could not escape from the Sun at all. Data from NASA's SAMPEX spacecraft reveal that in the wake of this event, Earth's outer electron radiation belts dissipated and were severely depleted for several months afterward.
2 Manipulation of Sunspot Data and the way they are counted , Think about many of the areas that they have counted since 2007
Backward Sunspot
August 15, 2006: On July 31st, a tiny sunspot was born. It popped up from the sun's interior, floated around a bit, and vanished again in a few hours. On the sun this sort of thing happens all the time and, ordinarily, it wouldn't be worth mentioning. But this sunspot was special: It was backward.
"We've been waiting for this," says David Hathaway, a solar physicist at the Marshall Space Flight in Huntsville, Alabama. "A backward sunspot is a sign that the next solar cycle is beginning."
the sunspot lasted only three hours. Typically, sunspots last days, weeks or even months. Three hours is fleeting in the extreme. "It came and went so fast, it was not given an official sunspot number," says Hathaway. The astronomers who number sunspots didn't think it worthy!

Cosmic Rays Hit Space Age High 09.29.2009
"In 2009, cosmic ray intensities have increased 19% beyond anything we've seen in the past 50 years," says Richard Mewaldt of Caltech. "The increase is significant,
Energetic iron nuclei counted by the Cosmic Ray Isotope Spectrometer on NASA's ACE spacecraft reveal that cosmic ray levels have jumped 19% above the previous Space Age high.
The cause of the surge is solar minimum, a deep lull in solar activity that began around 2007 and continues today. Researchers have long known that cosmic rays go up when solar activity goes down. Right now solar activity is as weak as it has been in modern times, setting the stage for what Mewaldt calls "a perfect storm of cosmic rays."
"We're experiencing the deepest solar minimum in nearly a century," says Dean Pesnell of the Goddard Space Flight Center, "so it is no surprise that cosmic rays are at record levels for the Space Age."
Galactic cosmic rays come from outside the solar system. They are subatomic particles--mainly protons but also some heavy nuclei--accelerated to almost light speed by distant supernova explosions. Cosmic rays cause "air showers" of secondary particles when they hit Earth's atmosphere; they pose a health hazard to astronauts; and a single cosmic ray can disable a satellite if it hits an unlucky integrated circuit.
The sun's magnetic field is our first line of defense against these highly-charged, energetic particles. The entire solar system from Mercury to Pluto and beyond is surrounded by a bubble of magnetism called "the heliosphere." It springs from the sun's inner magnetic dynamo and is inflated to gargantuan proportions by the solar wind. When a cosmic ray tries to enter the solar system, it must fight through the heliosphere's outer layers; and if it makes it inside, there is a thicket of magnetic fields waiting to scatter and deflect the intruder.

Solar Wind Loses Power, Hits 50-year Low
Sept. 23, 2008: In a briefing today at NASA headquarters, solar physicists announced that the solar wind is losing power.
"The average pressure of the solar wind has dropped more than 20% since the mid-1990s," says Dave McComas of the Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio, Texas. "This is the weakest it's been since we began monitoring solar wind almost 50 years ago."
McComas is principal investigator for the SWOOPS solar wind sensor onboard the Ulysses spacecraft, which measured the decrease. Ulysses, launched in 1990, circles the sun in a unique orbit that carries it over both the sun's poles and equator, giving Ulysses a global view of solar wind activity:
"The solar wind isn't inflating the heliosphere as much as it used to," says McComas. "That means less shielding against cosmic rays."
In addition to weakened solar wind, "Ulysses also finds that the sun's underlying magnetic field has weakened by more than 30% since the mid-1990s," says Posner. "This reduces natural shielding even more."
Solar Cycle 25 peaking around 2022 could be one of the weakest in centuries.
May 10, 2006: The Sun's Great Conveyor Belt has slowed to a record-low crawl, according to research by NASA solar physicist David Hathaway. "It's off the bottom of the charts," he says. "This has important repercussions for future solar activity."
The Great Conveyor Belt is a massive circulating current of fire (hot plasma) within the Sun. It has two branches, north and south, each taking about 40 years to perform one complete circuit. Researchers believe the turning of the belt controls the sunspot cycle, and that's why the slowdown is important.
Regards being in that Milky Way galactic ecliptic, you should be noticing some of the rather rapid effects regards your ascension syndromes, and that of your animals. Most of you who are around animals should be noticing they are getting smarter too. The god particles remodel everything!!!! There will be a great surge in evolution upon your plane.
Strange dough cuz the solar irradiance seem to be on the rise?
So actually that would mean that somehow the sun is getting stronger not weaker aim i getting this right.

I found the same info on the 1999 case of the density being very low. So from what I can tell, we are going to have less protection from radiation while at the same time being bombarded by more radiation particles.
Doesn't sound good so I guess I am going to hope for the Jupiter Ignition! business

It's always like the asteroid/meteor/Cloverfield/aliens/etc, have a GPS system with NYC as: You must strike here X.
Of course it's ridiculous, and NYC isn't even that impressive as cities go. About 300 million people live around Shanghai. That's like our whole country.

Uh oh......."These particles are able to escape the sun's gravity, in part because of the high temperature of the corona"
Sun cooling down?
Could be infact this sounds very plausible.
Check this out it seems the sun feeds itself with outside radiation rather than the phony fusion theory.
Perhaps this is due to the approching near the galactic equator.

time for the reversal perhaps? Some here posted worried about the Heliosphere of our solar system. Nothing to worry about, it's letting in the energy streams from that Galactic Center that is so misunderstood, for 3 years now. We aren't going into the galactic center, but we are in the center of the ecliptic of the Milky Way which is nOT in 2012, we are already there.
It is nice to see others noticing quite a change, it's been going on for over a week now, about 10 days maybe at this point. We had a period where we had hits of protons without wind change, now we have wind changes with protons. Interesting indeed.
The wind and temps have been jigsawwing like crazy today. Something is changing, that is for sure.
