The war has been raging for decades, and we are losing. One-sided skirmishes take place every day: there are attacks by the muds against defenseless White women, children or the elderly.
The difference is, most Whites don't realize (or want to admit) that the war is already taking place, because it would jostle them from their relatively comfortable lives.
It also doesn't help that the Jew media keeps a lid on this black/brown-on-White crime, choosing to ignore race except when it suits their purpose.

But considering that blacks are only 11% of the population, I would believe they would be at a bit of a disadvantage.
They could quickly gain control the inner cities, but not for very long.
