Better get to know the traditional knowledge of your ancestors if the evil fuckers are really going to try to stamp out access to modern herbal remedies.

Also, ordinary culinary herbs and spices have many medicinal applications, I seriously doubt they are going to shut down access to culinary sage, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, thyme etc so get to know those products well and find a cheap bulk supplier or grow your own.

Not to say just roll over and play dead when evil fuckers are trying to restrict your access to life-giving medicines, but in the meantime do what you need to do to survive.
