IT'S 10% of EVERYONES takehome pay.
This is also known as armed robbery.

Maybe they know that Cali is going into the ocean soon, with a large earthquake?
Make cannabis legal and attract all the druggies and ill people (Medicinal of course) then take 10% of peoples money so the wealthier people get the hell out of Cali...

It very clearly states it is the AMOUNT THAT GOES UP 10%. So basically there is a 10% ADDITION to your state income tax.
So it has nothing to do with salary, just a tax increase. |
