Dude, it's a translation issue. It means lung sickness.
This has been talked to death both in this and other forums.
Death rate isn't anywhere near what it would need to be for pneumonic plague. The current death rate is somewhere around 1%, while pneumonic plague is around 100%.

Pneumonic plague symptoms appear suddenly, typically 2-3 days after exposure. They include:
•Severe cough
•Frothy, bloody sputum
•Difficulty breathing |

Without treatment, about 50% of those with bubonic plague die. Almost all persons with pneumonic plague die if not treated. Treatment reduces the death rate to 5%. |

something about whats going on is just a bit to hushed for me to believe that there isnt something very serious goin on in the Ukraine. this is a big deal and we should keep our eyes on this and be prepared to react should something like this come our way. |

Have you bothered to check the INITIAL reports on this outbreak?
Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast: All the six dead young people had symptoms of severe hemmorhagic pneumonia. The disease starts slowly, with temperature rising to 37.2 – 37.3 degrees, slight cough and pain in joints. Nasal catarrh developed at the end of the second or third day. Autopsy revealed that the lungs were soaked with blood, the oblast chief specialist said.

Hemmorhagic pneumonia occurred in the 1918 pandemic, too.
I'm not saying they don't have something bad going down in Ukraine, but it's not pneumonic (variant of bubonic) plague.
"The victims of the 1918 Spanish flu suffered greatly. Within hours of feeling the first symptoms of extreme fatigue, fever, and headache, victims would start turning blue. Sometimes the blue color became so pronounced that it was difficult to determine a patient's original skin color. The patients would cough with such force that some even tore their abdominal muscles. Foamy blood exited from their mouths and noses. A few bled from their ears. Some vomited; others became incontinent."

BIOTERRORISM: BEYOND ANTHRAX AND SMALLPOX
PLAGUE (BUBONIC PLAGUE, PNEUMONIC PLAGUE)
Pneumonic plague, somewhat like inhalation anthrax, requires early and aggressive treatment to avert a fatal outcome. Furthermore, unlike bubonic or even septicemic plague patients, pneumonic plague is readily catagious (Ratsitorahina et al., 2000).
If used in the future as a bioweapon, the plague will not be spread by large numbers of infected fleas. Rather, the spread would be most probably achieved by inhalation of an aerosol form of Y. pestis microorganisms, which would result immediately in a large number of people getting the pneumonic form of the plague. Furthermore, this would greatly accelerate the transmission of the disease among susceptible populations of people, in contrast to the amount of transmission that would occur if the plague infection presented in the bubonic form.
A vaccine is no longer available for the plague. Furthermore, the vaccine that had been developed only showed benefit against the bubonic form of plague. It did not appear to prevent or lessen the consequences of the pneumonic form of plague (Speck and Wolochow, 1957).
Now my question is; What is in the H1N! vaccine that is being pushed on us that will make the effects of the pneumonic plague more deadly???

According to unofficial data, "in Ukraine over the past week about 1500 people have already died. As noted by some doctors, the reason - pneumonic plague. High temperatures from the first day, a burning sensation in the chest, the desire to drink cold and nausea - all of these symptoms are frightening. People die within few days. |
