The next step is to crush it utterly.
Think about the GLP effect we've had these last couple of months.

The bill will probably not pass today.
We need to regroup and fight!

OMG third fucking identical thread...I repeat!!!

The policy may be 15000 dollars but the premiums are based on your income. There is a chart for it people making less then poverty up to 150% of poverty level will pay up to 500 a year premium for individual and 1000 for a family. Someone say making 35000 a year with 3 kids is slightly less then 150% of poverty and would pay 1000 a year premium the first year the second it would be 1500 premium and the 3rd year 2000 plus their deductable and co-pay. The chart goes right on up thru the income brackets.

The truth is bad enough stop being used to spread disinfo to make us all look like fools and READ THE FUCKING BILL! The chart I quote is on page 242... of course it is still fucked up either way as no one should be getting sent to jail or or pay fines just because they are poor!

You must have insurance each year and file a form like income tax to IRS proving so. Not an option. They do not want you to save money. They need ALL to pay into the system to pay for the care for ALL. Otherwise, no way could this be afforded.

Of course, that won't be anywhere close to enough money to pay for it either but they have to say that to pretend it is not a huge defiicit spending bill that will totally bankrupt the entire economy the way it does everywhere it has been tried.

But they really NEED people like you because you would pay and not use the service so would be total income for their scheme.

I can't possibly afford it but unless I qualify for some kind of break, guess it will be pay or pay premiums PLUS the fine.

There is no option to not have and verify having coverage.

JCT Confirms Failure to Comply with Democrats’ Mandate Can Lead to 5 Years in Jail
Friday, November 06, 2009

Today, Ranking Member of the House Ways and Means Committee Dave Camp (R-MI) released a letter from the non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) confirming that the failure to comply with the individual mandate to buy health insurance contained in the Pelosi health care bill (H.R. 3962, as amended) could land people in jail. The JCT letter makes clear that Americans who do not maintain “acceptable health insurance coverage” and who choose not to pay the bill’s new individual mandate tax (generally 2.5% of income), are subject to numerous civil and criminal penalties, including criminal fines of up to $250,000 and imprisonment of up to five years.

In response to the JCT letter, Camp said: “This is the ultimate example of the Democrats’ command-and-control style of governing – buy what we tell you or go to jail. It is outrageous and it should be stopped immediately.”

Key excerpts from the JCT letter appear below:

“H.R. 3962 provides that an individual (or a husband and wife in the case of a joint return) who does not, at any time during the taxable year, maintain acceptable health insurance coverage for himself or herself and each of his or her qualifying children is subject to an additional tax.” [page 1]

- - - - - - - - - -

“If the government determines that the taxpayer’s unpaid tax liability results from willful behavior, the following penalties could apply…” [page 2]

- - - - - - - - - -

“Criminal penalties

Prosecution is authorized under the Code for a variety of offenses. Depending on the level of the noncompliance, the following penalties could apply to an individual:

• Section 7203 – misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.

• Section 7201 – felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years.” [page 3]

When confronted with this same issue during its consideration of a similar individual mandate tax, the Senate Finance Committee worked on a bipartisan basis to include language in its bill that shielded Americans from civil and criminal penalties. The Pelosi bill, however, contains no similar language protecting American citizens from civil and criminal tax penalties that could include a $250,000 fine and five years in jail.

“The Senate Finance Committee had the good sense to eliminate the extreme penalty of incarceration. Speaker Pelosi’s decision to leave in the jail time provision is a threat to every family who cannot afford the $15,000 premium her plan creates. Fortunately, Republicans have an alternative that will lower health insurance costs without raising taxes or cutting Medicare,” said Camp.

According to the Congressional Budget Office the lowest cost family non-group plan under the Speaker’s bill would cost $15,000 in 2016.

 Quoting: Texas Nurse 806192

Do not fear.
Legality is EXACTLY what this is about.
Listen carefully as here is your answer as to "how"...HOW can they pass such a bill that would send us to jail...

Copy and save what I am about to add read it carefully and then continue to get educated. You do not have to be worried about this bill if you instead address this one issue that everyone wants to bury, overlook, and disregard

The 14th Amendment, a.k.a. THE RED amendment put you in this position and created a "U.S. CITIZEN" I cannot stress more, how very critical it is, if you believe in TRUE AMERICAN FREEDOM, you must learn ABOUT THE 14th AMENDMENT. It is the strongest shackle you wear without knowing what it is or why.
The 14th amendment
It is the primary vehicle for all that has been foisted upon Americans for 140 years as they cry about the eroding constitutional rights they think they have. Income taxes. Social Security. taxation without representation, involuntary draft into military service, medicare, the FED, and every little sub-department of the federal government, etc., that has encroached on your lives since July of 1868.

All should be very interested to know that what is known as the Expatriation Act was passed 1 day before the 14th amendment was announced ratified. They had to ensure an exit for what they were about to do was box you in and hide the key. This "expatriation act" is the key to your shackle. Ironically expatriation it doesn't make you less American...it makes you MORE American! The 14th amendment kidnapped you into a new jurisdiction, that of Washington D.C. rather than your rightful government, your state.

The Act is "legally" referenced as:
Public Law, 15 United States Statutes at Large, Chapter 249, pages 223-224 (1868) and is as follows (underline added emphasis):
--------------
CHAP. CCXLIX - An Act concerning the Rights of American Citizens in foreign States.

PREAMBLE - RIGHTS OF AMERICAN CITIZENS IN FOREIGN STATES. WHEREAS the right of expatriation is a natural and inherent right of all people, indispensable to the recognition of this principle this government has freely received emigrants from all nations, and invested in them with the rights of citizenship; and whereas it is claimed that such American citizens, with their descendants, are subjects of foreign states, owing allegiance to the governments thereof; and whereas it is necessary to the maintenance of public peace that this claim of foreign allegiance should be promptly and finally disavowed

SECTION 1 - Right of expatriation declared. THEREFORE, Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That any declaration, instruction, opinion, order, or decision of any officers of this government which denies, restricts, impairs, or questions the right of expatriation, is hereby declared inconsistent with the fundamental principles of this government.

SECTION II - Protection to naturalized citizens in foreign states. And it is further enacted That all naturalized citizens of the United States, while in foreign states, shall be entitled to , and shall receive from this government, the same protection of persons and property that is accorded to native born citizens in like situations and circumstances.

SECTION III - Release of citizens imprisoned by foreign governments to be demanded. And it is further enacted, That whenever it shall be made known to the President that any citizen of the United States has been unjustly deprived of his liberty by our under the demand of that government the reasons for such imprisonment, and if it appears to be wrongful and in the violation of the rights of American citizenship, the President shall forthwith demand the release of such citizen, and if the release so demanded is unreasonably delayed or refused, it shall be the duty of the President to use such means, not amounting to acts of war, as he may think necessary and proper to obtain or effectuate such release, and all the facts and proceedings relative thereto shall as soon as practicable be communicated by the President to Congress. Approved, July 27, 1868
-----------
What is an AMERICAN CITIZEN IN A FOREIGN STATE??? What foreign state? Here are some examples...Illinois, Tennessee, South Carolina, etc.

Your freedom was kidnapped, but they hid a key in the room and since it is there, they call your slavery voluntary U.S. Citizenship.
The room is dark. You have to search around. You'll be mislead, redirected, and discouraged from looking for this key. As you approach the door you will be clawed at and ridiculed and warned. As you insert the key and turn you may even be attacked...they do not want to lose slaves.
As you open the door you will see the light and you will step through and you will shake off 140 years of corruption and lies to be a free American once again and protected by the Constitution once again.
