Yeah, I'd like to see something that doesn't have his picture paused on screen the whole time, something genuine. Course, perhaps the fact that we can't see him puts him more on line with God. I mean, you don't have pics of Muhammad, and now there are less from Osama. I think they are trying to make him a messenger of the Angels.

It will be interesting to see. He should have much grayer hair, his body should be more deteriorated and look aged 15 years from his health problems, and he should have that same face. I doubt it will look anything like him, and I think the reason why is that he probably bit the big one from a failing liver and his little worshippers buried him somewhere unmarked, and now we will never find the bastard.

Oh well, I hope we DO find the bastard someday, but if he is that sick I doubt he can live in a cave indefinately. he had to have died right?

Professor Bruce Lawrence, head of Duke University's religious studies' department and the foremost Bin Laden expert, argues that the increasingly secular language in the video and audio tapes of Osama (his earliest ones are littered with references to God and the Prophet Mohammed) are inconsistent with his strict Islamic religion, Wahhabism.

He notes that, on one video, Bin Laden wears golden rings on his fingers, an adornment banned among Wahhabi followers.

Earlier on Friday, IntelCenter had said al-Qaeda's as-Sahab Media had released a new video from bin Laden.

In his remarks broadcast by Al Jazeera in June, Saudi-born bin Laden said U.S. President Barack Obama had planted the seeds of "revenge and hatred" toward the United States in the Muslim world and warned Americans to prepare for the consequences.

In an audio message posted on an Islamist website in September, Osama warned Americans over their government's close ties with Israel.

Osama is believed to be hiding in the mountainous border areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
