No its like a voice vote, not recorded to individuals, based on the general feel it will pass. It is a nug to a voice vote, and desecration of the chair if it sounded more support verse not supported. Generally it is made for events like this to ram something done. |

If they could get unanimous consent, they would not have to debate it, would just go to direct vote. Not sure if they could then do a voice vote or not.
Anyway, they don't want it discussed is the point, just go straight to vote. The consent is to voting without debate or discussion.
It is usually tried just like a defense lawyer asking for the case to be dismissed, they always do it even if they know there is not a chance. |

Yes, that is the way it reads now, think it is Feb or March of 2010 the premiums start but the coverage won't be available until much later and the full thing not until after the next presidential election. Odd timing, no? |

Citizens are not informed, which is their fault AND the system's fault....And the citizens who ARE informed, when they call their representatives, they don't listen, just like they didn't listen about the bailouts.
