Challenge the constitutionality. Nowhere in the constitution is the federal government given power to force individuals to purchase a product or service. That is the crux of the whole bill.
Call on those very very few with principles to begin arresting members of congress and the whitehouse for treason. That's what it is!
Storm local congressional offices and demand they step down.

Actually, anyone that voted FOR cap and trade or the current health care bill needs to be stormed - regardless of whether or not either passes. Even if it is to simply assure them that YOU will do everything in YOUR power to ensure they don't have a job come 2010.
So, if your congressman votes for this legislation, you need to do more than cast your vote for the opponent. You need to organize, contribute, talk, witness, etc...whatever it takes to make sure the ASS loses his or her job. |

The bill is actually pretty good, except for 1 thing! And that it will be a mandate in the bill, that will be mandatory for every single American to get health insurance. Like auto insurance is mandated. It's the same thing but in medical form. And while it will be mandated, it's going to be a so called 'cheap' mandate, that we all can afford. On top of that mandatory rfid tracking for medical purposes. Uhh, yeah. Fuck that bill! |

During the Nicaragua Contra thing the people were put into three categories. Simply put, liberal, moderate, and conservative or pro, neutral, against. The US operatives would (at night) go to the houses of the opposition to kill them and leave their bodies in the streets. This swung the moderate villagers (out of fear) to support the US backers. So that is what the US policy is/was and how to overthrow a standing government on a piecemeal basis. This is how the US and it's cronies practice terrorism on a localized and the nation basis. The US learned these effective measures from the Communist regimes of the past and then "Americanized" them. |

Well, according to the law, this is what is supposed to be done and really, it sound pretty good to me:
-Form a group of people (local officials, law officers, military, and business owners) that feel the same way you do.
-Organize a meeting in order to split the legal fees and get a lawyer to find out which laws have been broken and which charges need to be placed.
-File a multi-person law suit against all the representatives and politicians in favor of this bill.
-If your representative votes in favor of, head to their office and demand their resignation for breaking the law. Give them 30 days to resign. Give them a copy of the law suit, just in case it wound up ‘missing’.
-If they refuse to resign within 30 days, head to your sheriffs office and tell him he needs to place them under arrest for the several constitutional laws that were broken.
-Tell your sheriff if he does not enforce the law, you will go to the media and expose him for doing such. In addition, tell him he too will need to resign.
-Find the deputies and remind them that they swore to uphold the laws of the land.
-Find the local judge and tell him you intend to place the representative under citizens arrest for the said charges. Then, demand that if he sets bail to order the representative temporarily dismissed until further notice. Tell the judge he must set hearing dates for the said charges. Remind the judge how serious of an issue this is and if it is treason, bail should NOT be set.
-Go to the representative’s office and place them under citizen’s arrest. Hand them over to a deputy. |

I have been posting ways to fight back the last couple years, and no one ever replies....ever.
Again: get ALL your money OUT of any financial "institution" that it currently resides in. Trade your worthless fiat dollars in for land, food, precious metals, supplies.
Get out of all debt...tear up ALL credit cards you may possess. It is an evil system...use cash only from now on.
Voting them in or out does nothing...they are 2 sides of the SAME COIN. Fourteen or more states have electronic voting with NO PAPER TRAILS...NO RECOUNTS. This republic is dead because of it.
When your votes don't count..neither do you.
They don't care what you think. Isn't it obvious by now?
If you still feel like voting..go ahead. You can all march and carry signs to your hearts' content. I guess it's better than doing absolutely NOTHING. But DO fight back and get your money OUT. Do NOT let them steal any more of it. There is no end to their looting.
I wish the poor fools, soon to become slaves, who still have 'jobs' would strike and engage in JOB ACTIONS....rebel against the system. It is done in Europe all the time (see France).

Why do you call it 'un-american?' Right now I have NO health coverage. I'm treating myself for flu as we speak. My husband has a pre-existing condition and will NEVER get an ins. co. to cover him. My sis in law HAS insurance and she's been screwed around since JULY and is STILL in the hospital...about to be transferred to a nursing home because her doctors can't get her surgery right. Gimme a break...SOME health oversight is better than NONE. Now go tune in fox news and stuff yourself with lies. |

Everyone has their own Sheriff, reps, mayor, and governor. Do your work in your own area. If you fail, go to a city that is having success and join up with them. When you have accomplished your goals, talk them into cleaning up your city.
LEGALLY
If everything goes well, the judge AND the sheriff should be part of your group. If they are not, then they will too face legal complications. You can move forward without them as long as there are a few hundred or more of you.
ILLEGALLY
At all costs, try to avoid breaking the law. We are still a little too undivided and this will create mass confusion. Seeing this health care bill will effect judges and police officers, it may further unite us. An example of breaking the law would be not pay taxes until the health care bill is terminated.
VIOLENCE
Violence is a last resort. Americans are too smart for this and by uniting and using the legal system we can rise above all these scumbags. The system is in place to deal with this. I would suggest using it. If Violence is to be used, then you’re on your own using your best judgment. |
